From start to finish, he delivered truly exceptional customer service. He took the time to explain every single service in detail, answered all my questions patiently, and made thoughtful recommendations without ever being pushy or annoying. Everything felt genuine — no sales pressure, no fake enthusiasm — just honest, knowledgeable help. We were in the middle of a big snowstorm, and I was the only customer there. Still, Tyler treated the experience as if the place were packed and the business were his own. He was careful, professional, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. He walked me through exactly what was on the bill, explained why each service mattered, and made sure I understood everything clearly before I left. What really stood out was his demeanor. He was smiling the entire time and genuinely seemed happy to be there helping me. That kind of attitude matters — it instantly makes you feel comfortable and at ease. He guided me calmly through when to turn the car on and off, what buttons to press, and handled getting my car in and out with extreme care. Even though I told him I wasn’t in a rush due to the storm, he still provided fast, high-quality service without cutting corners. When I was ready to leave, Tyler helped guide my car out and even waved goodbye. That small gesture said everything. He made me feel welcome, respected, and taken care of — like I was more than just another customer. I will absolutely be going back to this location, and I sincerely hope Tyler is the one who takes care of my car again. Outstanding service all around.

My oil light had come on during a long trip home, so I stopped and topped it off. I did not realize I had managed to forget to replace the oil cap until my partner took it in to this location for an oil change the next day. Needless to say, I had made a huge mess. I would’ve completely understood if they politely declined to work on the vehicle in that condition. Instead, Ryan, James, Tyler, and Joseph went far above and beyond to work through the situation, and help with the cleanup in the process. Truly exceptional service. Thank you, gents!

Oil change fast and easy

After running over something on the interstate and watching tire pressure rapidly drop, I stopped in at Town Fair Tire in West Lebanon, NH for assistance. It was 20 minutes before closing, and after understanding my issue the tech did not hesitate to help me. Not only did he help (and reassured me that my tires would get to winter) he stayed after closing and didn’t charge me. As a new college grad with lots of debt, I couldn’t have been more grateful. Not only did he help me, he calmed another young woman who had just run over a curb and destroyed her tire. The customer service was above and beyond I would not hesitate to go back.

Anthony was very knowledgeable and willing to explain different components and why it’s a good idea to maintain them. My engine air filter was filthy and Anthony was efficient and thorough. This service at this location in West Leb is fantastic. They go above and beyond. Over the past year, they have helped with so much more than oil changes! They’ve replaced fuses, diagnosed/fixed weird air conditioning issues, and even took a mouse nest out of my cabin filter. Don’t hesitate to bring your car in.
