Efficient and informative

They charged $129 for an inspection, apparently they felt I needed a new set of wipers and a licenplate bulb. Replace bulb $19 - excessive, but ok ... replace wipers $29 .... this turned out to be for each wiper blade.

Went to get a State inspection while my wife was at the doctor’s office. In and out. Very friendly, professional people.

Awesome place. The manager Justin was incredible when explaining the process of inspection and showing me how my remote start worked. He didn’t have to do that but did anyway. I went to tip for the service because it was above and beyond and he humbly declined and told me I owe him my next oil change…uh yeah you bet dude, I’ll be back. Jiffy lube found a gem and should hold on tight. Thanks again.

I had a mis-diagnosis regarding the condition of my brakes from a reputable dealership in Laconia. I was told my brakes were in great shape. The following day, I went to have my car inspected at Jiffy Lube and Justin, the manager found that one if my rotors were bad and unsafe. I questioned his diagnosis due to the good report I received from the prior day. To my dismay, that good report was wrong but I am grateful Justin caught the problem so I could get the repair done and have a safe vehicle to drive. Thank you Justin for your professionalism and expertise in your field. Im sorry I doubted you !

If you're looking for a great mechanic then Jiffy Lube in Concord NH is where you will find him. Mike Flynn, Master Tech, expert diagnostician, quick and accurate inspections and top rate mechanic experience.
