I had a really great experience at Jiffy Lube this morning. William helped with my oil change and was incredibly friendly, upbeat, and helpful from the moment I arrived. The whole staff had a positive attitude even that early in the morning, which honestly made the experience even better. The manager was also great and took the time to answer my questions. They got me in and out in a very reasonable amount of time, and everything felt professional and welcoming. Definitely appreciate the customer service and would come back again!

Troy is absolutely outstanding. I had received an oil change the day before and another company and they broke the O ring on my filter causing me to leak oil. If not for Troy and the rest of the crew I would have blown my engine. Trust these guys with your car. They are honest and friendly and will take care of you. Thank you to Scott as well for working under the car.

Decota and Hayden did my oil change. It was so quick! Troy did was so kind and helpful with guiding me through a “problem” from another shop. He recommended me multiple Jiffy shops and people near me to help ok the future. As a woman, I was happy to bring my car to this place. The guys were kind and funny while taking care of my car quickly.

I was heading out of town late, driving back to Minnesota, and I was incredibly thankful to run into Dakota and Hayden on a Thursday night just MINUTES before closing. Not only did they take me in, but they stayed late and worked hard on my vehicle well past closing time. That kind of dedication is rare. I truly appreciate these two gentlemen—their work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond did not go unnoticed. Employees like this deserve recognition, promotions, and raises. Hard work and outstanding customer service like this should always be rewarded relentlessly. Thank you again, Dakota and Hayden!
