Team did amazing, but Josh was a no show killing his team!

I stopped by for an oil change over my lunch break. The crew had me in and out with minimal wait time. Excellent service and a friendly team.

Josh at the west Omaha jiffy lube location topped off my oil and educated me on when I need to actually get an oil change. He told me I can come in every week to get my fluids topped off since my jeep burns through oil quicker than normal and have it looked at free of charge. He was very and helpful and I appreciated that very much

Josh & Stanley did amazing today and serviced my hubbys truck! Knowledgeable, helpful, & obviously experienced. Showed me everything and went over options but weren’t pushy at all. Love how fast I can get my oil changed while knowing it’s done by professionals.

At first, I shared a $25 off coupon online and they said they couldn't honor it. It was quite frustrating because it is a corporate coupon that they said they couldn't honor. They offered a $15. Then they came back and honored it. James and Stanley were helpful

I always use Jiffy Lube for oil changes because I don’t need to make an appointment but they also always prioritize customer service. Shout out to James and Colton!

We’ve been to a lot of Jiffy Lubes. This location by far was the quickest, friendliest and most respectful. James, Roger and Colton did an amazing job.

Fast, friendly and noticed great teamwork amongst the employees. I would highly recommend the location on 180th Center.
