Fast service and covered all details and more!

I had the best experience with getting my oil changed at this location. I had my 16 month old with me and they were so accommodating and friendly! Sierra is just the sweetest l! I was in and out in less than 20 mins just enough time before my baby started getting antsy! My husband and I will be coming here for all future oil changes!

Have always received great service!

I had to stop in and use a screwdriver. This has nothing to do with their business, but Rashad was extremely nice and his coworker was too. They let me use a flathead screwdriver when I was in a small pinch. I greatly appreciate it. He could’ve easily said no.

Had me in and out with inspection for uber! Quick to the point ! Come here often. Always take great care of me ??

Stopped in for a quick oil change and the service... I met Seirra, and she was super kind and thorough (A+ service) While Kameron checked under the hood and checked everything, Brent checked out my tires and brakes... it was very thorough and satisfying. It makes a person feel good to know that their car has been all looked over, and its safe?? ~ Also, Sierra did not ask me to get out of my car, AND she delivered my bill, with a smile (that was new & awesome!!) She might have noticed my crutches in the passenger seat, but she never said anything, Nor did she say "Hey, I see you are hurt... let me take care of this for you". ~ Sierra did the right thing because it was the right thing...not for ME to thank HER for being thoughtful. Great customer service!! Bravo Jiffy Lube... Bravo!!

Solid crew here. Kameron S always gave me status updates during my wait and had clear, efficient communication. Service was fast and the cost seems about average. Great guys to get your oil changed at!

I went to this specific location of Jiffy Lube since my car was leaking oil. They were able to get me in right away and replace my oil cooler panel for a fraction of the cost as the dealership was offering to do. They were informative and extremely kind during my interactions. Brent was the technician who got it done in less time than estimated and Adam was the general manager who gave great customer service. Overall, I give this location 5/5 stars for timeliness, excellent customer service and overall experience. Thank you again!

Adam and Sierra are Rockstars! I used to go Bellevue location because they were great at that location when they were no longer at that location, I found them at Maple location and will not use anyone else to perform my oil changes.

We have used Jiffy Lube near 148th and Maple for years we like the quick turn around time and honesty! Don’t feel like we have ever been hassled for add ons and the staff are highly experienced! Highly recommend for your express oil change needs!

I really appreciate the fellas over on 147th maple. When your down and out and feel like you can figure it out (Car wise) bruh look go over to jiffy lube at that location I promise you they WILL take care of you that team is beyond the knowledge experienced and understanding and they will be there for you. Today i went to jiffy lube on 144th, when i normally would go to the bellevue store . I went to bellevue last time and was told i dont need to change the oil and they had no clue on what to do with my fleet card . I show up to the 114th location and sierra and her team got me in quick fast and in a jiffy. They understood how my fleet card worked and got right to getting me taken care of . I greatly appreciate your team for being professional ,caring and quick to handle the issues . Thank you to the team that handle buiseness without making excuses , i appreciate you 100% , and a big thanks from team kline .

I stopped at the convenience store next door and when I came out my car was overheating and steam pouring from under the hood. I walked over to Jiffy Lube to see what they might be able to do for me. Upon checking it out, they determined the cooling fan assembly had failed. I was actually relieved that it wasn’t a water pump or something worse. Although it took a couple days, they were able to source the fan assembly (which was difficult due to national shortage as this is a common problem with this vehicle) and they repaired the car for a fair price. (Half the price as at the dealership) The guys were exceptionally courteous and professional. I am truly grateful. They have gained my loyalty for life.

Went to this location today for an oil top off, pre-roadtrip inspection, and a new rear windshield wiper. There was one vehicle in the bay and 1 vehicle ahead of us. We waited about an hour before getting inside. But the employee, I believe a manager, greeted us basically right when we got there, asked what we needed and told us it would be a bit of a wait. Our service took maybe 5-10 minutes and the same employee gave us all of the services for free to thank us for being patient with them. We will be using this location exclusively going forward. It's refreshing to see good employees who care about the customers these days.
