The customer service here is always great, friendly upbeat environment they are very accommodating. I’ve never had a problem with anything they have done to my vehicles!

Amazing services

I was driving cross country and needed an oil change. I pulled in right as the opened and was in and out quickly. Jared and his team were great. 100% would go back...if I'm in Kearney again.

My mom passed unexpectedly on Mother’s Day. My wife and I rented a car to drive across country. We rented a hertz car and then the check engine and oil light came on about a thousand miles into our trip. We contacted hertz and they were unhelpful at dealing with that issue with us they wanted us to go more than an hour out of our way to swap the car. My wife and I decided let’s just take it to jiffy lube and deal with it ourselves. Jared, who I assume was the manager because of how professional he was, greeted us when we pulled in. He mad some small talk and I told him the situation. He explained that he himself would cover the cost and my wife and I with tears in our eyes thanked him. We told him we would get pizza for his crew. A horrid experience in my life turned a little brighter thanks to Jared and his team. They were fast, great at communicating, and thoughtful.
