I went here on my way home from work on Friday for an oil change. Due to my work schedule, I was needing somewhere I didn't need an appointment as well as quick and being a returning customer (both my wife and I do all our oil changes here), I knew I could count on them to get me in and out quick. I got there about 5 PM (due to working 6 AM to 4:30 PM) and at first, I didn't see anyone. By the time I pulled around to the entrance of the bays, someone was out and ready to assist me. In a matter of 10 minutes (their sign says 5 minute oil changes so I think it's only because of how much oil my truck takes between the pan and filter), they were done. Their system on how they do things is safe, clean, and efficient. Evan, Jonathan, and Levi did a great job and communicated with each other every step of the way and we're extremely professional in how they conducted business with me and were very clear on what they needed me to do (i.e. starting my truck, stopping my truck). Every time I come here, they are always extremely helpful, friendly, and don't suggest they do unnecessary tasks while I'm there. If they weren't a place worth using, my wife and I wouldn't be repeat customers. Keep up the good work and keeping Bellevue resident's vehicles lubed up.

I needed a last minute oil change today and came to Jiffy Lube in Bellevue. The guys working were really friendly and helpful. There was no wait, and they got my car in right away. The oil change was fast, I think maybe 15 minutes.

Very fast and friendly! Didn’t have to wait long and even gave me a heads up that I will need tires changed and gave me options.

I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube for my oil change service. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, friendly, and very efficient. They got my vehicle checked in quickly and explained everything clearly without trying to pressure me into unnecessary services. The technicians were knowledgeable and worked fast while still paying attention to detail. They completed the oil change quicker than I expected and also checked over my fluids, tire pressure, and overall vehicle condition to make sure everything was good to go. I really appreciated how transparent and respectful they were throughout the entire visit. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the customer service was top-notch from start to finish. My vehicle is running smooth, and I left feeling confident the job was done right. It’s hard to find places that combine speed, honesty, and quality service this well. Highly recommend Jiffy Lube if you’re looking for a trustworthy place for an oil change and routine maintenance. I’ll definitely be coming back for future services!

Everybody was so nice to me

The Bellevue Jiffy Lube has become my favorite spot to go for the services they provide. It’s closer to my home and the employees are personable and friendly. I trust their work, recommendations and knowledge.
