If you get an email from Jiffy Lube with a coupon, it might not work at this Jiffy Lube Location, and there is no way to know until it’s time to pay (or at least that was my experience). Basic oil and filter change, no complaints about the actual service. My issue was that after I pulled in I showed the attendant the coupon from Jiffy Lube in my email (which had not expired), and was told that it might not work and there was no way to know until after the service was performed. Well, after the service was performed my coupon “was not recognized” by the system. My other coupon was also “not recognized” by the system, but the attendant found a $25 off coupon in the system to use. Generally I change my own oil because of the cost, but I thought I’d go in for 50% off. The staff was nice, the service was fine, but I probably won’t go back if I’m expecting to use a coupon.

I visited Grand forks Jiffy lube on Monday 7-13-26. It was a very hot day and so was the weekend before and my check engine light came on. I was greeted by a kind and professional technician/mechanic. After informing the technician which oil change service i wanted and telling him I had a $10 coupon off, I was directed to the waiting area. I went in and witness a customer upset and not happy with his car service. The unhappy costumer had a speech impediment which made his complaint take longer to express. The manager behind the counter informed the unhappy customer of Jiffy lube policy and the work on his car was a suggestion and he may still need to take it to a car repair shop. And he could not and would not give him the owner phone number. The unhappy customer went on for about 10 minutes and was not excepting Jiffy lube policies or the managers answer and proceeded to call the Police. I am writing this review not only for the great job Jiffy lube did on my truck (my check engine did go off and my coupon was honored) but I writing to say how fantastic the manager and all the staff handled the unhappy customer. Very patient, very kind and professional. It was a pretty hot day.. for everyone so I thought this could go either way ?? ??

Here getting an oil change before a trip back to Minneapolis. I’ve never been here before but the employees are super nice and are going above and beyond. Good conversation and good vibes while we wait for the job to be finished. 10/10 highly recommend

Their team was a big help fixing my engine hood latch with wd40 and refilling my wiper fluid! Amazing staff!
