Good kind folks working here. As is standard with this type of service pricing is more expensive than an appointment at your local dealership (but much faster and more convenient) and they'll try and upsell you on items, as they should as that's how they make their money and stay in business. They were respectful when the upsells were declined and non-argumentative. Shop was clean and pricing was transparent. I will come again and would recommend it to anyone.

This is my neighborhood Jiffy Lube … and it has had the same manager for years … They are fast efficient and always bring attention to possible issues with your vehicle that you may not be aware of … Some people perceive this as a sales tactic … and it may seem like that … but I believe they are genuinely concerned for the safety and correct operation of your vehicle … You always have the option to decline the extra services if you choose to… and there is no pressure … I like that I have a sticker in my window with the next visit’s mileage and that I get reminders emailed to me when I am likely closing in on the next service mileage ..

This was the first time I’ve ever gone to a Jiffy Lube. They were really easy to work with and had me in and out and under a half hour. I told him exactly what my husband told me we wanted for Oil and there was no pressure for anything else. I showed them a coupon that I found on their website and they honored that.

Friendly service. Jose is the best. Takes care of me and my kids cars.

The guy was nice and funny and did his job well didn’t do anything until he asked me first I like that not pushy. And a free bottle of cold water on a very hot day nice

I've been going to Jiffy Lube on 32nd Ave South in Fargo for many years. They do a pretty good job. I've known the manager there for a long time. I've really appreciated him and the good service he provides, especially the kindness of airing up low tires in the winter for free. New ownership has changed some procedures that will take a little getting used to.

Everything with smooth with oil change and tire rotation. Wish the windows got the courtesy wipe down but it was all good.

I always go here for my oil changes because they are so quick and easy! Last time I was in and out in under 10 minutes! Very friendly staff as well.

Went here for the first time today. They did a good job and took the time to clean all the windows on the car and air up the tires, things I've seen other quick lubes skip. I wished they could've checked the engine air filter but they considered that a dealership check item I guess. The service writer was very nice and knew the jiffy lube platform well. I'd recommend them for your next oil change.

They still take used oil and recycle it. They even disposed of my old filter.

They did an amazing job with oil change on my car and they are customer friendly. Good fast knowledgeable service at a decent price.
