This (Stratford Road, Winston Salem NC), is the best Jiffy Lube location, hands down. Everyone is so friendly, courteous, and fast. One time I came here for what I thought was a simple coolant level check, and they noticed a very serious issue I wouldn't have noticed, and gave me essential and free advice about what to do next. Another time, I had a blown turn signal and they changed the bulb for me in a couple of minutes free of charge. Today, I got my state inspection done so quickly that I barely had time to get settled in the waiting room. This is always my first stop for car care. They treat you like family.

I had an exceptional experience at Jiffy Lube today, and I felt compelled to share my thoughts! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Lashanda and Stan, both of whom exuded professionalism and warmth. Their welcoming demeanor immediately put me at ease, which is often not the case at car service locations. Both Lashanda and Stan showed impressive knowledge about the various services available at Jiffy Lube. They answered all my questions thoroughly and provided insights that helped me make informed decisions about my vehicle maintenance. This visit has definitely made me a loyal customer. I left feeling confident about the work done on my vehicle and satisfied with the level of care I received. It's rare to find such attentive service these days!

I always go here for my annual inspection and as always, the service was exceptionally professional and very very prompt. Other services were offered, some of which I had forgotten I needed. There was absolutely no pressure about purchasing any service. I will continue to go here.

Very professional!! I had an amazing experience at Jiffy lube!! The woman at the front desk was very kind and took care of anything I had questions for.

I went for a synthetic oil change and the service providers were great!!! There were two cars ahead of me and they were still done under an hour. I love that they have a diverse crew with a woman on their team as well. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and you can tell they all get along (no ego tripping). They did not try to over sale extra car care services, and they applied discounts that help my budget, and gave me a free oil injector, which I was not expecting but greatly appreciate. The Straford Jiffy Lube Crew are awesome!!!
