I've been using Jiffy Lube for more years than I can remember. I've never had an issue with their service.

I went during lunch time and was greeted immediately. I just needed an inspection, but when I inquired about an oil change I was helpfully told the price and my options. I got my inspection and my oil changed. I was also offered headlight restoration that I will get done later. Best service, I love it, my mom loves it.

I showed up with a flat tire… on a Sunday morning, no less. Even though this particular Jiffy Lube location did not have any tire plug kits, they directed me to a nearby auto parts store where I could purchase one. Meanwhile, they filled my tire with enough air so I could safely drive to this store and back. When I arrived back with the tire repair kit, they quickly repaired my tire, removing the culprit: a really large screw. What?impressed me most about the service these employees provided, besides being friendly and efficient, was that they could have just told me that they didn’t have a tire plug kit and sent me on my way. However, they went above and beyond to make sure that I would not be stranded. If I could give them more than five stars, I would!
