Great place for oil change and more . good customer service staff very friendly I recommended

Excellent fast service after 5pm!

They were very efficient in terms of time. Changing the radiator water and antifreeze, along with a full fluid check of the car, took about 20 to 30 minutes. In terms of cost, replacing these four items came to around $200. In terms of customer service, they were very friendly and professional.

I absolutely love this place and highly recommend it to everyone! Every time I visit, the staff is incredibly attentive and always goes above and beyond to help. They clearly explain when my car needs something extra—like a filter change—and make sure I understand every detail. Took a Honda CRV to the Jiffy Lube location at 2731 Glenwood Ave. (across street from the furniture store). Service excellent; very well managed and highly efficient; Gen Mgr Russell was highly customer oriented. Couldn't believe how quickly they completed the work. I live much closer to another Jiffy Lube but I will only take my car for service at this location. Very pleased.

Very friendly and accommodating staff! Got my (very dead) battery replaced quickly and kept me apprised of everything the whole way. And they didn't even noticeably side-eye me for arriving literally just as they opened. ??

I *only* write reviews when service is really outstanding or really bad - and these guys were outstanding and deserve credit for providing the type of customer-oriented experience seen in movies from the 1950s - polite, considerate, courteous and professional. It was pouring rain at the end of the day and they got my inspection done in minutes. During the pandemic that is so critical. Rashid did a fantastic job and offered to get an umbrella and then escorted me to my car so I didn’t slip (I did not want to wait in the enclosed waiting room). I highly recommend this place.

I have been to this Jiffy Lube, and the one across the street, dozens of times. The reason I am giving a five star rating on this Jiffy Lube, is because the last time I went there they did not recommend anything but the oil change. Also, they quoted one price over the phone, because I had walked down the street, O’Malley’s Pub, when I got back they tried to charge me $15 above that. I simply asked for the original quoted price, and they agreed to that. Nice intake person.
