Excellent place to service my vehicle ??

Great experience, I always get nervous that I might get taken advantage of when it comes to car stuff as a woman, with little to know knowledge about cars. However, the team explained everything and never made me feel pressured and I never felt like I was being sold things I didn't need. They even explained to me why they had to turn me down for the tire rotation because I was due for two new tires soon. The staff were kind and very efficient! I always go to Jiffy lube and have always had great experiences at all locations!

Always a Great Experience

Inspection was done quickly. But I did notice something that concerned me. The associate that pulled my car in didn't wash his hands leaving the bathroom. That really pissed my off and it was nasty to say the least!!!

Been going to this Jiffy Lube for over 6 years, almost 200,000 miles later my Honda still running smooth!

I went in for an oil change and routine maintenance. They changed the oil, replaced the air filter, checked the tire pressure (which I paid extra for), and added air to the tires. After they finished, my tire pressure sensor came on. ????? I went back the next day, and they checked the tire pressure again. Everything was fine, but they told me that whoever worked on my tires probably damaged the sensor. Now they’re saying I have to take my car to the dealership to have it inspected and repaired, which means I’ll have to pay even more. Because of this experience, I won’t be going back there for my maintenance again.

Great service. Mechanics made sure everyone was informed about their car’s information. They made me feel comfortable with whatever recommendations and price. So no worries. I will be back. The Capital Blvd location is very well run! I get my car serviced here often. The team is always welcoming and efficient. I requested an oil change, tire rotation and inspection to be completed with in the hour. There answer is no problem. 40 minutes later I was on the road with a new cabin air filter as well. They all deserve a raise!

I went to several NC Inspection stations that were all so busy that I had to make an appointment for a later time; however, Jiffy Lube got me in in a timely manner. They were fast, courteous and clean.

I bought a car . This car had a Jiffy Lube inspection 3 months before about it. I wish they would let me know .that didn't need inspection because it was there in the computer for the previous owner when I get my information . I will appreciate in the future and service they tried to ask me the car didn't pass because of the brake lights . Before I went there I check everything everything was working fine. That technician was try selling me lights and I said no I will be back then she came back and said oh I'll let you pass.

Grabbed a Groupon with jiffy lube for a full synthetic oil change. Service was fast and easy. very friendly, greeted and checked in done all in about 15 minutes paid a total of about $80 with Groupon and difference which is what I roughly pay anyway

Excellent service and great customer care, very helpful and friendly. Process was fast and efficient. The price was very reasonable. I take my vehicle to Jiffy Lube instead of the dealership, Jiffy Lube is better quality, price and service.

Very professional workers. I had regular maintenance done to my vehicle. After they brought my car out, my ignition light was on, and the vehicle was shaking. I advised the mechanic and he readjusted the spark plugs and the shaking stopped. Hopefully all will continue to be well!
