Very quick service! a guy his name was Kam i believe helped me out! he knows what he is doing he went out of his way to help me diagnose something and gave me possible fixes. i will definitely be returning! definitely one of the best jiffy lubes in my opinion

I had a wonderful experience at this location and will definitely be coming back! I was a little nervous to try this location after having a bad experience at another one, but I left feeling incredibly relieved and impressed. I came in to top off my oil and was also able to have my oil-change sticker reprinted. The staff took the time to explain what I could use to help manage and slow down oil burning in my car, which I really appreciated. What stood out most was that I genuinely felt like they were trying to help rather than simply trying to get another customer through the line. They were knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. Chris and the rest of the staff working today made a great first impression and completely changed my perspective after my previous experience. Because of how helpful and professional they were, I plan to make this my go-to location moving forward. I’m very grateful for the positive experience and look forward to coming back whenever I need anything else!

Went for my inspection and went fantastic

I arrived at 8 am so I was the first customer. I had quite a lot of work done so it did take a while, but only due to waiting on one part and the amount of things I had done. CAM and the guys were busy!! They maintained a great attitude, they were professional and kept everyone informed of the progress. Those guys had customers in and out in a timely manner. Jiffy Lube should thank them for their exceptional service!! Thanks again CAM and thanks again team members!

I've been a customer of jiffy lube for 30 plus years. There are certains locations that do a phenomenal job. There are certain locations that suck. I live in Raleigh. And fortunately. I found a superb jiffy lube on six forks road as well as another superb jiffy lube on creedmoor road

15/10. Was in and out in 30 minutes and everyone was so nice to talk to also they gave me a pushpop. If you think about going somewhere else don’t cause it won’t be as good as here

Great customer service ! Very quick oil change for my 2021 grand Cherokee. The employees are very friendly and organized !

My check engine light came on, so I stopped in for a diagnostic check. James found three transmission codes and, before letting me leave, offered to drive my car around the block to see how it was running. That turned out to be a blessing because the car was almost undriveable and would not even go into reverse at that point. Since I live nearby, James personally drove me home while the floor manager, Jeffrey, followed behind. Neither of these gentlemen had to do that, especially considering I wasn't even having repair work done. I was only there for an engine check. Their willingness to go above and beyond for a customer in a difficult situation was truly exceptional. The level of care, professionalism, and customer service they provided was outstanding. Thank you, James and Jeffrey, for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience. I hope I got their names correct.

Jiffy lube on Six Forks is the best by far in Raleigh...I was in and out in no time..... in spite of some of these people's bad reviews, they take real good care of ya. sometimes problems happen. that's life its not jiffy lubes fault JS I will be returning and I'll recommend to all my friends family and Co workers to come here as well!!!
