Went to get an oil change and one of the techs noticed my front brakes were worn down to the metal. They replaced them for me in 30 mins. Chris and Rodney took care of everything for me.

Chris the manager was great to deal with, got the vehicle in asap and performed a transmission flush. Vehicle shifted like new when they were done. Great location and an awesome staff to work with.

The guys at 7210 Six Forks Rd are the greatest. First, I pulled up at 550pm thinking they closed at 7, but they actually close at 6, when I said I could come back another day, they said pull around, we can do it. They then gave me options on which oil to use and explained why. They also inquired about my check engine light, and gave suggestions on that. And they did all of that at a price that made me glad I didn’t do it myself, and they all smiled the entire time, even when it was a little after 6pm when they finished. It was a great experience and took less than 20 minutes. These are car guys, not just people working a job at an oil change place. I’ll be back with my other vehicles soon. Thanks guys.
