In and out immediately for state inspection. Great service.

As always, they did a great job, and very quickly. Also pointed me to a coupon that saved me some money. This is the only place I go to get my oil changed in all my vehicles.

Pulled up for a State Inspection with just one car in front of me. Was greeted immediately with instructions on what to do. My inspection was complete in under 20 minutes and I was on my way with documents in hand. Super easy. Will do it again

The team was very friendly and incredibly fast. I was in and out in 30 minutes for an oil change, inspection, and tire rotation. Only negative is their wifi speed. Very slow, something like 250kbs. I used my phone as a hotspot and got 250mbs.

For 20+ years I’ve gotten my state inspection done here with all my past and present vehicles. Although there’s new faces at times, I have always had a positive experience with Jiffy Lube and everyone working at the Glenwood Rd location. The staff have always been friendly and if there are issues noted or recommended, it’s explained in detail and at a reasonable cost. Keep up the good work.

Had a wonderful experience at this location. I was able to get a very accurate estimate over the phone, staff was very thorough and clear about the work being done, and we're very friendly and courteous throughout - even held the door for me as I exited my vehicle and the building. I typically go to the Firestone across the street, but after a much quicker and more positive experience here, I'll very likely be returning for my next oil change. High praise all around!

I was in Jiffy Lube twice this week with two different cars for oil changes. They were efficient. Service was completed quickly. I asked for and received a discount on my second visit. Also, last year the same Jiffy Lube suggested that I change brake fluid in my 2001 suburban. They showed me the color of it. I had them do it, and my brakes have worked much better since

The staff was polite and professional and everything went smoothly from start to finish.

I’m here now. This place is INCREDIBLY busy and def lasted longer than 15 minutes. HOWEVER I will say the woman working the front desk is running the damn show. Sue’s been running in and out to the bays, answering phones, directing the techs. She’s keeping this place efficient. Whoever is reading this I hope you give her a raise. Patrice was outstanding as a manager at Jiffy Lube. Professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful from the moment I walked in. She made sure everything was handled quickly and correctly, kept me informed throughout the process, and provided excellent customer service the entire time. You can tell she genuinely cares about both the customers and her team. Because of Patrice, my experience was smooth, stress-free, and way better than expected. Highly recommend this location if she’s managing it!
