Friendly, helpful, efficient. Their only problem for me was they had Fox propaganda news on the TV. But the remote control was available & I was able to change the channel.

The jiffy lube team were wonderful. Polite, efficient, above & beyond.

First time here , Mr DJ and Mr Elijah were super friendly, and the inspection for car was fast! They were kind and helpful and explained everything thoroughly . Thank you

I always get great service at this location.

I have been there twice and The team at this location has been very helpful and informative. Even though I live about 30 mins away, I do work in Mocksville so this is where I will go from now on when I need something done.

The technicians were ALL kind, helpful, professional, and respectful.

I went in for an inspection and they failed me for my front brakes being right on the edge of being bad They were very polite and I took the paperwork and bought a new set . I would not known they were that close had they not told me Thank you

Came in for oil change, and they showed me how gross my air filters were so got those replaced also! Not a long wait time, a little pricey but my hours at work changed so I can't go to my usual place anymore (and apparently they were not checking the filters and other extras like Jiffy Lube does). For the convenience and caring techs, and because they ask before they do any extras, I rate 5/5 -Jen
