I was driving home today and my oil light came on. My car has under 4,000 miles and recently had an oil change, so I headed to the nearest Jiffy Lube. It was almost closing time on a Saturday, but Porter, the manager, checked the oil level, confirmed it was low, and filled the reservoir up at no cost. When I tried to give him something as a thank you, he refused. I highly recommend the Jiffy Lube in Matthews, NC!

Glad to see Mr.Porter back! I’ve been coming here for over many years. His service to customers and leadership of his team are something to admire. When you have someone who understands the times we are in and communicates with those who have little understanding of cars, it takes away all the anxiety and stress of getting your vehicle serviced.

I came in for a car inspection, change windshield wipers, and check air filters. I was out of there in less than 30min. My bill was less than $100 and they also gave me a discount. The team at Jiffy Lube are awesome!!!

Went in on a whim to see if the wait for an oil change would be long. I was taken care of right away. Great customer service, as always. Unlike other car shops, they aren’t pushy and didn’t try to make me “fix” other parts of my car. So glad to see Porter back! I have been coming here for over 9 years and him and his customer service is the main reason for that- the guy always goes above and beyond! I was in and out in 25 minutes.

The team was fast. I went in the morning so there were no cars in line.

My daughter went to get her car inspected and the brake lights were not working. She had them fixed multiple times and we're working a few days ago. The technician said let me look, he found the problem and fixed it for no cost! Awesome service!

Always a phenomenal visit when I come to this Jiffy Lube. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful, and always ready to help me service my car. Their employee Tony is really one of the best people I could imagine leaving my car with! I leave happy every time, and the pricing is better than anything I’ve found nearby.

I go here for my oil changes. They are polite and efficient. Mr. Porter does a great job managing the shop.

Good service. Porter is cool ??

Came in for a Transmission and exchange and was in and out in less than an hour. The technician who worked with me, Marcus, was very helpful and pointed out something’s that I can be prepared for next time. I will be back in the future.
