Beginning with Justin, the greeter, along with Tony, the technician, Allen, the supervisor, and Chelsea, the receptionist, they were able to help explain everything in terms that made sense both technically and economically. Very appreciative of their customer focus. Great experience!

Everyone from the gentleman who greeted me, performed my safety inspection, and checked me out was so friendly, respectful, and helpful! I had heard such great things from so many people who recently visited this location that when I needed to get my car inspected, I knew just where I was going. I have to say it was top notch! Special thanks to Allen and Edwin.

I drove in on a Tuesday at my lunch hour hoping they could get me in for an oil change and inspection. I asked if they could do it in 55 minutes and he said yes. They were so quick and friendly! It was really a wonderful experience except the price of oil changes have gone up an awful lot!

They do a great job very happy with the service I received!

Jiffy Lube in Leland is fantastic! I needed a simple safety inspection for my registration and not only did they handle it quickly, but they couldn’t have been nicer in doing so!

I was told that I needed my brakes done so I went to jiffy lube and they not only inspected my brakes but confirmed that I didn't need brake service. The customer service was outstanding as always. As a token of my appreciation I had my oil changed as well because they could have gotten over on me and charged me for a job that I didn't need. Every time I come to this facility I am treated with so much care, respect, and professionalism and it truly means a lot when you've had a hard day. I really appreciate the manager who always goes above and beyond to ensure every customer is treated right.

Jiffy Lube Leland, NC...Where do I begin; Referencing Token & Tony a mere Thank you does not seem sufficient. I called this establishment @ 4ish pm this past saturday about a tune up however they close at 5pm. I arrived (4:20p) with a warm greeting from Tony I shared my info and immediately my vehicle was driven in for service. I was processed in; a short time afterwards service was completed. Token and Tony, You delivered A1 top notch customer service.

Tony, Alex, and Z were unbelievable helpful and fantastic! They were able to do my oil change, wipers, and inspection on my Mustang fast and efficiently within 30 minutes or less. I am completely blown away by the level of customer service these young men have shown today. I am truly impressed by them and will continue to have my vehicle serviced by them. They did everything I asked and more!

Great service. Friendly and knowledgeable. I only needed an inspection and they didn’t try to upsell me like others places. Made recommendations but no pressure. Will be back when I need other services!

From the start, Edwin had great energy and was very friendly. I came in to get an oil change for my Toyota Camry. Before I got out I had to show him that my Key fab and actual key was too separate pieces and was frank about why I had not fixed it. When I got my car back and went to start it, edwin and his crew had not only did the oil change but they fixed my key fab. It caught me off guard , their politeness and customer service. Their act of kindness was noted and greatly appreciated. #Customer4Life

I went in for an inspection. I always go here for my inspection because they're quick and effective. Pricing is affordable. The staff is professional and friendly. Very helpful eveytime I go. I also like that they have a nice clean waiting area that cool with bottled water. Highly recommend. ?
