Lots of places have not been able to do state inspections due to licensing issues. I had my kids with me on a busy weekend afternoon and they allowed me to hold my place while taking the kids out. Definitely would recommend for at least state inspections and friendliness/service.

Everyone was very friendly and service performed quickly.

I have been going here for my NC State car inspection for 3 yrs now. Fast service and very thorough. They even noticed my AC belt was needing replacement, yet the mechanic I Pd $400+ to didn't notice..ugh The women there are efficient, professional and friendly. Being disabled with a disabled daughter, they treated her and me with respect not ignoring us or pity..both are the usual. I haven't had repairs or oil changes there yet, but planning on it. You won't be disappointed...you can thank me later??

I'm not generally one to leave reviews but it's not everyday that you come across hinest straight shooters. They were prompt professional with great conversation while I waited. Told me exactly what I needed to know and how much it would cost without pushing me to purchase or upsale. I've been going to the same oil change place for almost a decade and I am changing to this location because of their service. They found discounts I could use to reduce the overall cost they even called around to different locations to find me the best/cheapest air filter. Chase is the quintessential professional I wish I had several just like him on my work team, he is dedicated knows his profession and respectfully answers all of your questions.

If it was the greatest place to get your inspections, done oil changes and so many other things I can do for you put your wipers on change your oil

Jiffy Lube is the greatest place. You can go to get your inspections oil changed and any other accessories. You need go to the one on Western Boulevard. It’s great.

Where were amazed at the speed consistency and teamwork of Jiffy Lube in Jacksonville thank you all who made our visit a little less stressful and gave us a great discount for military and spoke to us about every little thing on the car that they covered and we were truly appreciative! I will not take my car to anywhere else but Jiffy Lube they are amazing people and the company hires the right people for the right job and that's what I look for personality traits efficiency and getting the job done quickly and price! You guys covered it all thanks! I want to add one more comment Jiffy Lube told me that my transmission was sealed and that they were not able to inspect it without replacing the transmission fluid and they were honest and said they didn't carry my brand that problem was solved easily when I told them call NAPA have the parts delivered and they can do it I trusted them they did a fantastic job Napa had the parts over to Jiffy Lube within just about 15 minutes it was amazing so thanks to Napa thanks to Jiffy Lube we live way out in the country and your service was amazing!

Today the Jiffy lube crew inspecting my car identified a serious issue that could have cause a serious accident! Thank to there inspection I had car repair and it’s now safe to use once again. This is a family vehicle and I so glad I took it to Jiffy Lube for the inspection as there careful review show the fault .

Excellent service - fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed the shaking my truck experienced when I hit 55mph and up / with a quick & affordable tire rotation & balance - which did the trick ?? I did not know Jiffy Lube offered that kind of tire service- as well as the oil change & fluid service. Patrick & team did an excellent job!
