i was in and out quick and got great service and company. And my car feels brand new.

Alexander Grant at Jiffy Lube was awesome! He was really friendly, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process quick and easy. I appreciated how professional and helpful he was. It’s nice to have someone who actually takes the time to make sure you understand what’s going on with your car. Great service all around!

When you pull into this jiffy lube take up both lanes if you can until someone tells you which lane to go into. Otherwise other people might go in front of you. Other than that they are pretty quick, reasonable in price and semi curtious.

Do better on service trucks , Upset get oil levels right way to low of oil bottom of dip stick Took my f550 there to get oil change , 2.5 quarts short , so low in oil could easily cause overheating , had to purchase more oil after spending two hundred dollars for an old change , then, drop the oil cap in the engine bay and took over an hour.To get the thing out of there , with 5 employees on the clock tighten up make sure the oil levels are correct this is a brand new 100k dollar truck

These guys are amazing. I got my oil changed at a different location not Jiffy Lube. I drive my car a few miles and get a notification that there's too much oil in my car. WHAT?! I roll into this location 8 minutes before closing and ask them to check it. Lo and behold the previous place never drained the old oil and just pumped 8 quarts of oil into my car! These guys were so helpful, they fixed something they didn't break and stayed late to do it. Thank you guys for saving my car and engine. This was a new one for me.

Outstanding!!! Everything from customer service to servicing my truck. They did a great job and the manager there (Steven) was more than helpful and I appreciate that.

Fast, courteous service. I was especially pleased that they found some bad lightbulbs and replaced them.

These folks changed my oil and did a great job. In and out in 30 minutes. Good folks,very happy with them.

I took in a rental car that needed an oil change. They found a "goose egg" in one of the tires. He changed all four tires to new tires. Everyone was very courteous and professional. Would definitely go back.

I've been coming to this location since I moved to hendersonville in 2020 and I've, by far had the best service. Sylvia, Sam & Steve and the rest of guys are so professional, knowledgeable and fast. I know my tires and knew I was in need of new ones as mine were showing some dry rot, I was reluctant to buy new ones right off the bat but I did my research and the guys gave me a great price and had my tires fitted in less than an hour. Even loaded my old tires into my car. I only went in for an oil change but come out with more. A safer running vehicle. I will recommend these guys to anyone, they also have a shop goat!!
