I had my best experience I have ever had at Jifty Lube; previously at another location historically had lots of issues; looking forward to going back to west market location.

I was promptly greeted when I arrived. Asked why I was there and quickly performed the service I was there for. Fast and courteous service

Jamarius and Caleb were so kind and thoughtful today while doing my services. they were quick and thorough. It’s hard to find someone who doesn’t wanna up charge you, but actually cares!!

Friendly professional services cleanwait room with water. Great atmosphere! Rec 'd signature oil change, inspection & headlights cleaned like new!

Our car was immediately attended to by the technician and they performed the NC Inspection accurately and quickly. I just had an oil change and a state inspection done at this location. I've had work done here before and as it was previously, the job was done neatly and professionally not to mention they have the proper name "Jiffy". These people are fast and efficient. I highly recommend that any motorist visit this location. They will take care of your need ASAP!

As a college student, it can be hard to find places that don't charge an arm and a leg for an imaginary problem. Alicia is very sweet and easy to talk to! She walked me through everything going on with my car and made sure I didn't break the bank with things that I didn't need. Caleb changed my oil and replaced my air filters very efficiently. Affordable, reliable, and fast service :)

After I left Battleground location I just start driving thinking to myself like what do I do.. and still feeling a certain way about the situation. I was praying to myself what canI do about my vehicle. This location would not take accountability for the situation that occur by them to my vehicle. Then I started thinking about another jiffy libe. I had a Groupon coupon that expired on this day 2-11. Just went through that ordeal I just didnt know what to do another jiffy Lube. So I just looked up Market Street location and went. Man, I'm sooo glad I did. This location guy's was a blessing to me.???? The manager there Mr. Jimmy he was amazing! He went up and beyond to handle my situation. He listen even when I wasnt listening..lol he was very kind, nice, and so very professional. I have to admit I was on 100 when i pulled in but he never responded mean or anything. He listen and he kept saying he will take care of the problem I was truly not listening ya'll..lol I just felt so drained from (2625 Battleground jiffy lube location.) Mr Jimmy and his entire staff at 4505 West Market were the sweetest , kind, patience and very professional. I'm just thankful for them all. I'm glad I went to that location. I can't thank Mr. Jimmy for handle the situation with grace. Alicia thank you to beautiful jewel. ??I needed that hug!!???? My God bless each and everyone of you'll. I wish I could give them 10 star rate!!! ????????????????????

Fast paced!

The manager and staff went above and beyond for doing normal maintenance on my car. I said to rotate my tires because I had just returned from a long trip. But they checked and informed me that the tires were in good shape and the rotation was not necessary. They also offered to shine my headlights for a very reasonable price. I am very pleased and brought my other vehicle back the next day for similar maintenance.

Alicia was very pleasant to talk to and helpful. The staff did an excellent job. Service for my vehicle was quick and reasonable. I will recommend this facility to family and friends.

This location lives up to the name Jiffy!! Oil changes, brake fluid flush, coolant flushes all in 10 mins!! Employees are polite and respectful.

Jimmy is the best! Took care of my needs very timely very professional and overall very knowledgeable about Cars. He did not try to oversell me on anything gave me what I need and what I needed it only.

I use to have bad experiences with this store. But working with Jimmy today has changed my mind. Thank you, Jimmy. Will be coming back soon.
