Every time I get my car serviced at Jiffy Lube, 3816 Raeford Rd. the staff is always polite and helpful and is willing to explain everything to you. Just when you think customer service has decreased to an all-time low in many establishments, it is so refreshing to see good customer service with this Jiffy Lube staff. Keep up the great work it really matters

This Jiffy Lube has the nicest techs and are always easy to get in for my oil changes. The techs are kind and thoughtful, makes me not hate getting my oil changed!

59 for a oil change with your own oil & filter is insane.. I remember paying 30. No thank you. That's too much to twist a bolt & poor some fluid in. 5 stars for motivating me to do it myself.

Polite, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Changed or checked 9 items. Did my auto inspection & answered my questions since I am from a state that doesn't require that and the state where I lived before that. I'm 74 and never had to have my vehicle inspected.

Got an oil change there yesterday. Really great service and highly professional. I'd checked their competitor (no names mentioned, but you can figure that out) where they talked down to me and tried to inflate that price way over what it should be. But Jiffy Lube isn't like that. I got a good price, exactly what my truck needed, done fast and professional.

Been here a few times for various services, and the crew has always worked fast (though the speed may depend on the day/time). I'm no expert on auto-related issues/products, but their prices seem fair, just based on quick googling.
