Great friendly service and I didn't have to wait. Just the state vehicle inspection this time. I'll start taking bringing my vehicles here for now on.

Greatness, professional and great customer service the whole team. The lobby was clean and cool, and they even has complementary water. Damon was the 1st one to greet me as I drove up, with a smile. We talked a few minutes, and then he told me the whole process of what he was gonna be doing. Sonja was the 2nd person I met, great customer skills, very friendly and kind and beautiful smile. A couple months ago I was here to get my car inspection done.I met Shaia very nice and friendly and smile the whole time we were talking. I complimented him, on the beautiful plant that was sitting beside the refrigerator. I asked if I could take a small piece to root in water. He said yes people always ask can they break off a small piece, again great customer service. Pete was working on my car, when Damon the manager had to leave, but before he left he came in with the old the parts and told me the new parts was order and would be delivered shortly. This is a Great location an example of true courtesy and customer service. This is nice to see people would like thier jobs and really take care of the people. I talked to two other people that was waiting in the lobby..we all agreed this place of business is Awesome...this is my place to bring my car to be serviced. Thank you!!!!!

I went to get my car inspected. This place is very professional and has great customer service!

Impressed, they were very customer service oriented. Yes, they are fast with service, however fast doesn't always mean a customer should be overlooked. I was greeted before I even parked,my service was only an inspection, but I received the care as if I was spending hundreds of dollars. I was shown where the restroom was as well as being brought into the waiting room so my inspection could be performed. Jordan is who took care of me from start to finish. Thank you for the good experience.

The amount of attention and care that was provided to me by the assistant manager Sonja was unrivaled by any customer service I have ever experienced in my life, I have mobility issues and it was an extremely hot day and she made what was an assumably negative experience one of the highlights of my week. I could not extend high enough praise to her attention to detail and welcoming, knowledgeable energy. This location is 100% better due to her presence and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Thank you Sonja, jiffy lube is lucky to have you.

Sonja W Has the best customer service skills over the telephone that I’ve ever experienced anywhere. I initially called her store because the store that I thought I was going to would not answer the telephone. It wasn’t until I arrived at this location that I realized she was someone that I did talk to over the phone. Customer Service from beginning to end was absolutely flawless. Even when horrible customers were, they are treating the entire staff miserably, the manager Sonja Handled everything with Grace and professionalism I was the very last customer of the day and they treated me as if I was the very first person to walk through their doors

These guys are the best! They are very nice. Communicative and accommodating. I went to 2 other Jiffy Lubes here in Fayetteville, one off of McPherson and the second on Ramsey. This one is the best. Customer service is top tier. Thanks you guys ??.
