I had an excellent experience at this Jiffy Lube, particularly because of Bri, the Assistant General Manager. I came in with my 2012 Nissan Juke, Aero, during an already hectic moving day after warning lights came on, and Bri was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind when I needed it most. What stood out to me was the level of care she showed. She didn’t treat me like just another vehicle coming through the shop. She took the time to help, made the situation easier to navigate, and left a lasting impression on me during what was already a stressful day. I actually called the location afterward specifically to thank Bri again because I didn’t want her effort to go unrecognized. Great customer service is one thing; having someone step up and make a difficult moment materially easier is another. Thank you, Bri, for taking such good care of me and Aero. Your kindness and professionalism were sincerely appreciated. I would absolutely recommend this location based on my experience.

Been going to this Jiffy Lube for many years. They are excellent every time. Today they told me they couldn't flush my transmission fluid because it had to be Honda certified fluid, and they didn't carry it. Insisted, and explained all the problems if we didn't use that kind. Reluctantly took it to Honda and they were totally right. Honorable. Will continue to go to them. They care.
