My experience with jiffy lube was extremely awesome, especially the attendant Ms Latoya who was very helpful with my service and the guys who serviced my truck were awesome as well! Very pleased and Satisfied with their service!

Great staff with expertise and the best part is cost of oil change is very low!

Everyone was knowledgeable and informative on top of being very nice and kind first thing in the morning. Great couple of guys!!

March was my first time going for an oil change on hwy 55 (Durham NC)I received a discount, they checked my fluids, the price was reasonable, I didn’t wait long. the manager was very professional and I learned that any friend or family member of mine can get discount there. Overall the service was excellent, I’m going back this month.

Latoya was soooo helpful. She explained everything that was needed for my car to be serviced. The whole team was excellent from pulling up to leaving. 10/10

Oil change took a bit of time around 3p. Good service nonetheless.

I had the pleasure of having Cass and Kevin help service my car. They were both detail-oriented and took the time to educate me on my car’s maintenance needs, making sure I understood how to take the best care of it. It’s always refreshing to have welcoming staff who aren’t condescending when you’re still learning what works best for your car. Cass also told me about Jiffy Lube’s top-off policy, which was very helpful to know for the future. Thank you both—I will definitely be back for future service!

The service was great, the technicians were great as well but the overpriced filters was a little to much. I think I'll go back to changing my own air/cabin filters though.

Professional, knowledgeable, helpful felt supported. They took extra time and care to ensure good service.

I had such a great experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Kevin and the other technician working with him. They were both incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring. From the moment I arrived, I felt like they were looking out for my best interest and prioritizing my safety. They even let me know that I didn’t need a tire rotation because my better tires were already on the front, especially with the rain we’ve been having. That honesty meant a lot to me. Kevin also took the time to fix my mileage settings and showed me how to adjust it myself in the future, which I really appreciated. Both of them were professional, thoughtful, and welcoming, with the kindest smiles. Gentlemen through and through. I left feeling safe and well taken care of. I will absolutely be coming back.
