I had an efficient and positive experience today! There were 3 gentlemen who helped Roderick, Rodney, and another young man. They were fast and thorough! I have a Kia Forte with a straight gear shift which made for great conversation.

The staff was very welcoming and hospitable. While the service took some time, everything was handled punctually and professionally.

The BEST Jiffy Lube in Durham! Hands down. I had a quick and fun visit while getting my car inspected. From the time I arrived, I was kindly greeted at my vehicle, escorted inside, held conversations with almost all of the employees and felt like I was with family. I actually love this place. Taryn is the manager and ya"ll I love a woman operated business but she is the only woman manager of a jiffy lube in the area. She's a straight shooter and I didn't feel like she was taking advantage of me at all. The guys that work there were also super kind and helpful. They worked quickly and effectively. Totally going back. Got my car inspection and my oil changed.

Best customer service I’ve had in years

I had an inspection and oil change. Before I left, an employee took the time to reset the “oil service” alert on my BMW dashboard, which can be rather difficult to do. It was much appreciated.

I was just here for an annual inspection, but the staff are unusually friendly and nice. I am generally not a fan of jiffy lube, but this is my favorite one.

I told them I was here last time for a full synthetic oil change and inspection. I asked if it would be an hour. They said 20 minutes, no more. When I came to the counter, they said they were charging me for an oil change. I said, "what about the oil change?"

Clarissa was very nice and informative about my services and car. This jiffy lupe set a great atmosphere where it is a great experience to converse with other customers while we waited for our car.This store is my favorite spot to come when I come to Durham, NC.

I’d like to leave a review. Travis and Kassi provided truly first-class service. This was my first time coming in for an oil change in two years. I started changing my oil myself after having a bad experience at another Jiffy Lube station where the workers hit my car. With some skepticism, I returned to Jiffy Lube because I began using a gas car for work again. I was pleasantly surprised to receive such excellent service. Travis offered to clean my headlights and did it incredibly quickly and efficiently. Kassi handled the oil change perfectly, and the whole team was very friendly. These are some of the best employees at Jiffy Lube. I wish them continued career growth. Happy holidays to everyone!

Great Hospitality ang Services

Friendly staff. They were quick and efficient. Had my Jeep in and out without problem. Didnt try to pressure me into other services (I hate it when a place is pushy and “finds” so called other problems). I was glad to see female mechanics because it shows a modern company. I will be recommending this Jiffy Lube to all my friends.
