Came in for my registration inspection. Great, super fast service. Definitely jiffy!

I had my car inspected for tag renewal. My wait was short and customer service was good. With that said, the waiting area is very sparse and needs updating.

Good experience

I have had professional and helpful experiences each time my car needs an oil change. If I have concerns about something other than oil, the employees share their knowledge and go above and beyond.

All employees were very courteous. I had very little wait time I feel it was very convenient.

Always very friendly service.

Staff was very polite. However when I got into my car my favorite radio station was deleted and the stereo was set to bluetooth. Then I noticed that all of my car guides were on the floorboard of the passenger seat. During the oil change I could see staff playing air guitar. I was charged $30 for an inspection and $130 for a full synthetic oil change . I hate to leave a bad review but this was pretty bad.

Fast and friendly team

Super friendly manager & they did a fast inspection, omissions and oil change. Even helped add a discount when my coupon didn’t work.

Efficient. Needed filters. On the pricy side.

Luis was very helpful

I had my oil changed. The store manager Luis was great. They inspect your car and then recommend additional services and they discuss pricing with you before they start any work. I got them because I could tell they actually cared about the maintenance, not just because they were trying to upsell me. Great location.

Luis was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a problem with my AC blower making a loud noise and multiple other technicians from different establishments told me they didn’t know what the problem was/couldn’t help. I told Luis and almost immediately he knew what it was, he pulled a piece of debris from the AC blower and it works again flawlessly! Thank you Luis.

The guys were very polite and courteous. Got me in and out quickly for the services they performed. Love Jiffy Lube!

I recently had to go into this Jiffy Lube location for some quick cosmetic work to be done on my jeep and the entire staff absolutely knocked it out of the park!!! Harley and Jeremy specially were amazing. Both of them were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and had me in and out in less than 25 minutes. If you’re in Cornelius, I would absolutely recommend this jiffy lube location - 5 out 5 stars!!!!

I arrived about 10 minutes before closing with my van leaking oil from the oil filter, and the team was incredibly helpful. I truly appreciate all the guys for taking the time to help me. Thank you so much!

I was due for the yearly inspection. We showed up without a no appointment . They helped us immediately and got us in and out and on our way. They were thorough and efficient and offered excellent customer service!
