Professional and friendly team!

Got my tundra inspected today, they were fast friendly and great! Cheyenne was awesome!

I have been going to this jiffy, lube for a couple of years now. I haven't had a bad experience and they haven't screwed me over. They are very thorough and honest with their assessment of the vehicle. I like many of the employees, but Cheyenne stands out as being very thorough and friendly with customers. Keep up the great work!

Inspection

Cheyenne provided excellent customer service. Cheyenne explained in detail the services that I was in need and that Jiffy Lube will provide. In partnership with the service technician Cheyenne continually updated me with the progress of my vehicle’s service. Cheyenne is a great ambassador of Jiffy Lube.

I went to Jiffy Lube today and was in a rush. The crew provided me with a oil change and tire rotation. Very good service. Thanks.

Said I needed a new air filter when I really didn't I had another 4,000 miles on it at least. But I went and got it one anyway start out North Carolina with a clean filter. Went in for our next inspection.

Excellent customer service and attentiveness to me. This Jiffy Lube is definitely one of the best I have been too. I got out of work late and did show up until about 5:10 - 5:15 pm. Although they close at 6pm, they were about to attend to me with giving me an oil change. But they even went above and beyond when they gave me a status update on my car and things to look out for. I had a concern about my car and they were about to check it out for me and identify the problem and fix it for no extra charge. And they even gave me a 25% discount. Overall, they are very reliable and very helpful. I’ve been coming to them for a while now and don’t see myself switching anywhere else for maintenance work and inspections.

It was a great service , i just got a car wash tho and the lady started wiping my windshield which wasn’t an issue but it wasnt dirty and the windex spray was on my car . Other than that great service

This has been my favorite location for the past 6 years. I receive great recommendations and diagnosis for my vehicles health and work with Jiffy’s professional and friendly staff to apply the remedies. I was able to get in and out at a decent time as well as learn about the discounts and services they provide to each of their customers.

I took my vehicle for the State inspection. A very polite young lady checked me in and took me through the results of the inspection. She was very professional and made the whole experience pleasant. She deserves a raise. What I like about the inspection at Jiffy Lube is they go above and beyond. Yes, it’s to get more business but it’s a valuable addition to the standard inspection. Great service.

I’ve been to this specific Jiffy Lube multiple times because of both its proximity to my job and its consistently fast, friendly service. The team provided recommendations based on my vehicle manufacturer’s maintenance schedule and current mileage, helped me explore options for my upcoming tire replacement, and even educated me on cabin air filters (don’t clean them—just replace them when needed). The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. During my visit, I interacted with four different employees, and every one of them provided excellent customer service. Fantastic team all around.

The staff were nice, polite and professional. The young lady was very friendly and helpful.

There was a long line waiting for Oil change however it was the end of the Month which is a busy time for them. Courteous, knowledgeable and efficient staff.

I've been here before in the past, and every time it's always good customer service and friendly staff who know what they are doing. The manager/ foreman, Chris is one of the best in charge person I have ran across in a long time, and knowledgeable also in my opinion honest! Keep up the works Jiffy Lube, this Jiffy Lube deserves more then 5 stars.

I came in for routine maintenance and found out I had a nail in one of my tires. They sold me on getting tires from them and they ordered the tires I needed. They had the tires the next day and were very patient with me until I was able to get back by to have them installed. Awesome service! ????

This is my go-to Jiffy Lube as they always get you in & out with no delays. The whole team is always respectful & courteous.
