Donnie and his team were amazing. I was driving up from Georgia to Virginia and stalled out between my starting and end point and he and the team got me in right away, got everything done quickly and got me back on the road in less than an hour. I would most definitely come here again if I ever need anything for the car.

Donie and his team did a great job on my car. I have been getting my car fixed (by a company I will not name) for over 10yrs, but management had changed and they messed my car up on multiple occasions. Needless to say, Jiffy on Eastway is now my go to.

I needed an inspection and had visited 4 places prior to calling jiffy lube. William answered and said he was about to close. I told him what I had been through and he said if you can get here in 5 minutes I will do it. I was around the corner and made it there with a minute to spare. William was in his last oil change and completed my inspection. What a wonderful manger he is. He didn’t have to wait but he did. I will be recommending this location to all my family and friends. Thank you William you are an amazing manager.

Great experience, as always! Store Manager Donnie and the young men working with him were all very polite, mannerable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Donnie made good recommendations, but didn't make me feel pressured to go forward with them, and I really appreciated that. I bring my vehicles here for all of my oil changes, and will continue to do so! Thank you for great service!

This morning, 6-30-2016, I visited Jiffy Lube #41 @ 216 Eastway Dr. Charlotte, N.C. The two staff members provided fantastic customer service. My son's car needed an oil change, engine flush, 2 part fuel system cleaning, and cabin filter replacement. Reggie and Marcus W. were spectacular with their detailed servicing of my son's car. I appreciate the help and discount coupon that they helped me use for their sevice. Today, I know my son's car will be able to run efficiently for another 10,000 miles. I truly appreciate your help today.

This is my absolute favorite Jiffy Lube location. I drive from Concord to this one. They are kind and thorough. I have been taking my Chevys there for years.
