I was go to this location for my oil change and inspection love this service here. Fast and reliable

Went during a slower time for an oil change. The staff was kind and helpful

Good service but did not receive a receipt by email as promised.

Quick & thorough process! In and out with no inconvenience at all and there were 2 cars ahead of me.

The staff were amazing. Today I brought two cars for inspection with oil changes, and the staff went above and beyond to make it quick and easy for me. One staff member even took it upon himself to go get a particular out of stock filter so I wouldn't have to make a separate trip. Another offered valuable advice about an oil leak and was so patient with me as I waffled about getting my air filter changed. She made me laugh and shared a sincere story. I don't think I have ever felt like a visit to jiffy lube brighten my day before, but today it did thanks to the people who were working.

The young lady who runs this shop is great in her job. I love this Jiffy Lube in Cary. It is a short drive but so worth it.

Amazing service

My inspection was completed on time and to my satisfaction. The staff person I spoke with also pointed out a need for new air filter. Appreciated the notification and the follow up replacement.

Very good service. Vehicle inspection and I was in and out in 7 minutes. Scheduled appointment with Mr. Tire for 1:00pm and when I arrived they said there were several cars ahead of me and I would have to wait. Canceled and drove to Jiffy Lube with no appointment and 7 minutes later all done. Great job guys.

I only had a 30 minute lunch break and these guys worked really hard at getting my truck Done in a timely fashion. Not only do they work on my car, but they also do all the fleet vehicles for my job. These guys are great.
