Shaunte was amazing. This was a very first time I went and got my car oil change and was educated on some things that was necessary to know about my car. Usually the guys don't do this but because it was a woman I guess she felt that it was necessary for me to know these things and I was very grateful for her to take her time out to school me on these things. I will only come back to this location if she is here. She provided me exceptional service and I don't even know her. Usually you get that if you know the person or if you've been to that location more than once.

I went to the Jiffy Lube on Laura Duncan Rd in Apex NC. I did not have an appointment. I was greeted by the service men who immediately came to see why I was there. I told them an oil change was in need. They took my car into the bay and it was ready within 15 minutes ! I jokingly said "well that was done in a JIFFY" ! They were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend you take your car there for any service needs.

My inspection was done in a reasonable the time, and they were able to utilize alternative identification, as I could not find my registration.

This location has gained a new loyal customer thanks to Tay (believe only female at this location)!! My mother and I came in late right before they closed on the weekend and every staff member we interacted with was extremely kind and helpful. They were super quick which was appreciated. As a woman, going to get anything done to my car is super nerve wracking and I’m always very hesitant of being ripped off or paying for a service that wasn’t needed/actually done. Tay had the best attitude and customer service of truly any car place I’ve been to and made my mom and I feel comfortable. We had no idea all that Jiffy Lube offers and because of Tay we will definitely be back. It’s always a good feeling to support a local business/workers even if owned by a larger corporation
