Greetings are always cheerful, wait times are minimal and the service checks are very thorough. The free checks and top offs at any location are terrific.

This is one of the cleanest Jiffy Lube's I have been to. The crew has always been nice and professional and I am always treated with respect.

I love this Jiffy Lube. I came in on a Saturday afternoon and was seen within 20 minutes. I was nervous because my husband usually takes the cars in for oil changes and such but you know life happens and I had to do it. I was worried I would be talked into extras like the filter or something else. But no, this Jiffy Lube and the staff were completely honest and respectful. I only needed an oil change and thats all I got and no one tried to talk me into extras. I will be coming back when it's time for my oil change. I can trust this business and the staff here.

First time visiting the Jiffy Lube on North Reserve Street, and it definitely did not disappoint! Pretty much curbside service, and it only took about 15 minutes. I’ll absolutely be going back—thanks to the team for the great service!

It was a smooth time with jiffy lubes in Missoula. Marvin was very helpful in diagnosing the issues with my car and the services were quick and efficient.

I was impressed with the staff! I usually feel like I have to be on the defensive because I don't know a lot about auto mechanics. I appreciate not being talked at like I'm completely ignorant and gullible. I will definitely go back for my next oil change!

These guys were great! I went in without an appointment and they were very helpful. They checked everything, changed my oil, and helped me with battery replacement.
