Ashton & Will gave superb service when our vehicle needed an oil change. They were up front about costs and the type of oil needed for our model.

Being in the middle of a 4 week trip, I stopped in for a routine oil change. It was Labor Day. The whole crew went above and beyond to make our stop as quick and comfortable for us as the could. Top notch bunch. Daniel

Great service. Price seemed a little high but they did give me a $25 discount, which helped a bit. Service was fast, friendly, and pleasant.

Your service has always been excellent and timely. There were two cars in front of me and still you got me in a real reasonable time. The only thing I would like to suggest that I used to really enjoy when you guys would vacuum the car I wish you would reconsider establishing that.

Staff were very respectful and quick to help me with an oil change, which I appreciated!

This crew did a very good job! I got the oil changed and the transmission fluid done. Took about 15 minuts total and the next thing is the car has better pick up. Before I was getting 22mpg and now getting 27mpg. It will save money on gas and make it last longer for an older car. My Thank to the crew. Great Job.

In and out quickly. Everyone would always like to pay less but there was no haggling over the discount coupon that I've found at Take 5 and they didn't try to upsell me which is a deal breaker.

We rolled in just before closing and the employees didn’t turn us away but took care of us. They were very polite and helpful. Not pushy selling extra services.

The guys at this Jiffy Lube were professional and friendly. They did exactly the services I requested. While they did share services available and recommended, they did so without being pushy. Would recommend this store.

My Wife went there and got her oil changed and the guy checking her in had a very foul odor. I understand it’s a shop but that it’s not rite for customers to have to smell that. But luckily it was a different person who checked us out. He was great I think it was Tim or Jim.

I needed the oil changed right away. I’d never been to Jiffy Lube in C Falls. So fast and accurate. Suggestions were welcome but did not try to replace things that did not need replaced like the air filter. Cleaned around battery for a small fee. I was satisfied and will for sure return.
