Excellent service and attentiveness by Store Mgr and Technician, Channing! Great young man with respectful and professional

My go to place for routine oil changes. The East Main St. location in Tupelo always has fast & friendly service. Today, Jake listened to my concerns & helped me troubleshoot a problem with my headlight so I could get my dim light running again. I appreciate the professional service & respectful treatment I get as a customer.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change, and the customer service was fantastic! While waiting in the customer lounge, I had the opportunity to watch Kenny work his magic. There were about five other customers waiting, and somehow he managed to make every single person feel like family. He kept everyone updated on what was going on with their vehicles and about how much longer their wait would be. You could tell he truly cared about each customer and their experience. This is what amazing customer service looks like! There’s nothing better than supporting a locally owned business where you are treated well and appreciated. Thank you, East Main Jiffy Lube, for having such a wonderful team—and a special thank you to Kenny for going above and beyond!

Once again I'm visiting the best automotive shop in town. The customer service is beyond extraordinary (with special thanks to Kenny and Jake). I came in and was told what I needed at an amazing price (no gimmicks or you need this, oh you also need that). Also, I didn't have to wait all day, I went next door and had breakfast and walked back and my vehicle was ready. Hopefully, I will not need any work any time soon, but if I do, I'll be back here.
