Karter and Garrett were the two people worked with. They both presented themselves as professionals dedicated to performing their work skillfully and quickly while at the same time paying attention to details. Coming from someone who has performed many different repairs hands on I highly recommend.

My daughter and I came in to get an oil change right when a thunderstorm blew through the area. All of the gentlemen working were so sweet and helpful! They went into the downpour and brought the car back around inside the garage, so we wouldn't have to get in the rain ourselves. They even wiped down the inside of the car door for us before we stepped in the car. :-)

I called for a tune-up of my wife's car. They got me right in and out. I know it sounds corny, but they're called "Jiffy" for a reason. LOL ??

Previous experiences at the West Bypass/Sunshine location were...lackluster at best. Frequent attempts to con me into spending more money, taking way too long for a simple oil change, and just generally being unfriendly were common problems. At the east location by Menards, service was fast, friendly, and efficient. Even went so far as to upgrade the coupon I was using before I even asked them to (there was a better deal available I had missed). We were in and out in under fifteen minutes. Fantastic.

The team at jiffy lube looked at my right rear tire that was showing under inflation and they identified it had been punctured by a screw. Rather than try to sell me a tire they patched it successfully and sent me on my way with a minor charge. They were fast friendly and fair

Went in for an oil change. Made myself some coffee, sat down and few minutes later. They come in and said your car is ready. Love how fast they got it done! Highly recommend!

I was looking to get a oil change and tire rotation but everyone around had several hours wait. I found a coupon on Jiffy Lube's website and decided to give it a try. Most places charge a lot of money for my car's oil change because it only takes fully synthetic oil. I was able to get everything taken care of within 30 minutes. Jiffy changed my oil, rotated my tires, and topped off all my fluids. I am very satisfied with the service I received, friendly people, and quick service.
