In and out quickly for lube/oil change, & tire rotation. Courteous, proffessional. Didn’t try to sell me extra unwanted service. Honored a competitor’s discount coupon.

Keith and Tristan provided exceptional service! I came in because my oil was leaking, and they quickly identified that the plug was cracked. They replaced it and topped off my oil free of charge. Their attentiveness, friendliness, and professionalism truly made the experience stress-free. I will always choose Jiffy Lube thanks to team members like them!

Jiffy lube is fast and convenient. Employees were friendly and courteous at this location. The only problem...the reputation of upselling and overcharging. I was told 20.00 bucks for air filter..it was 29.00. Two other customers were there at same time as me. Both disputed their bills because end price differed from quote. One was promised free oil cap because they broke his....the oil cap was charged on his final bill and he complained they not honoring what employee told him so they discounted him 30 bucks. I didnt hear the entire issue of other customer but it involved a discount only after customer caught the error. It creates a brand distrust unfortunately. Nice employees, Convenient service but watch your bills or you likely will be paying more than you expected. I didnt even notice my own billing discrepancy until I returned home and looked at bill.i noticed many good reviews for this location so perhaps it was unusual the three of us encountered this today. Ten bucks not earth shattering but sure changes your overall impression of jiffy lube and reinforces the stereotype you need to be cautious. Thx for listening.

Chris and staff did an ah- mazing job on my vehicle! They took extra care to make sure all of my questions were answered and everything was in tip top shape. They even cleaned off some gunk on my car when I asked how I might remove it— they just did it for me! They also made some solid recommendations for what I might need in the future and told me things that I can wait on. No overselling, just good old-fashioned service, which is hard to find these days. And they obviously care about their customers. On top of all of that the facility, especially the office/waiting area, is very clean and welcoming. If I could give more than five stars I would!. This will most definitely be my new go to for my oil change service needs.

They did the job effectively and with kindness and friendliness. I'm a big talker so they let me talk and shared good conversation for the brief time I was there. That's a big plus I was only there a brief period of time I stayed in my car they got my oil changed done and let me know my brake pads were getting low. 5 stars!!!!
