Rick and the team went above and beyond today. My car needed to be towed for services they couldn’t provide. The towing service was horrible, taking two companies over four hours without communication to deliver. Rick located my telephone number and provided me with updates until my vehicle made it safely to the next location. Might I add that they received zero dollars for their excellent customer service today. Thank you! Nancy K

Princeton is the best. Very honest and objective information about my car and noticed him taking care of the car next to me in the same manner, and no up selling. When a business has people with integrity and honesty, that builds loyalty. Give him a raise Jiffy Lube :-)

Oil change service took ~20-25 minutes. I responded to a customer satisfaction survey and management was quick to respond and resolve the issue. I had a good experience overall and will return to this Jiffy Lube in the future.

Encountered an unexpected issue with my car on my morning commute. The gentlemen at the Manchester Jiffy Lube were incredibly helpful and got me sorted out and on my way super fast. Truly saved my morning in a pinch!

Went a 9 AM Aug 2026 and the service was great and they were extremely friendly in helping me get a quick oil change. I'm not sure how busy they usually are but 9 AM had little to no wait and they were very kind and candid about what my car needed. Will come again!

I was in desperate need of an oil change and to fix a broken wiper blade. This team worked so efficiently and attentively on my car - oil change and wiper blade replacement.
