Came back today to get my washer fluid added because it wasn't from my previous oil change and was greeted by Ken, who remembered me from my previous oil change. He immediately apologized for the issue I had before and made sure I was completely taken care of. His customer service, professionalism, and willingness to make things right were honestly top-tier. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience, and Ken definitely does. Because of him, I can confidently say I’m now a loyal Jiffy Lube customer. Valvoline’s problem-solving and customer service just aren’t operating at this level yet. Huge shoutout to Ken for turning a frustrating situation into a great experience! From a one star to a 5 star experience!

Oil was changed

Got my oil changed at this location, and Chris and all the other technicians were great! They let me know my high beam light was out and topped off my coolant as well. I had a good experience.

Their services is wonderful, they treat me like family every time I go I wouldn't go nowhere else.The Manager' is amazing as well as they employees.One Thing about them is they will let u know when u goin to need your engine clean as well as ur gas needs to be treated. I say this because I've been to several, and I never got this type of service if I really, really had to rate them.I don't think five is enough .Il give them a 10 ?? WATSON ROAD JIFFY LUBE
