Noah Robert Ejune and OT did an amazing job with my Nissan Rouge. Had an oil change and it was the fastest and most professional oil change I’ve gotten. Extremely nice and smooth will be coming back! Give these boys raise!

Blown away by the service, transparency, and kindness at this Jiffy Lube. OT (the General Manager) was literally the epitome of exceptionally excellent Customer Service. Positives: How he clearly communicated what I needed and didnt need yet; potential housekeeping items to do for my vehicle that Jiffy Lube doesn’t personally do; how he interacted with my kids in a positive way; and how he made us feel welcomed and cared for. This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with an oil change. I don’t say that lightly.

I initially went to a Jiffy Lube close to our home and was told they didn't have the type of oil filter our car needed (we called a week ahead to make sure they had one ordered) that the O'Fallon store had one on hand. They did not but the manager OT was extremely helpful and explained what we needed to do to get the job done....we would highly recommend the O'Fallon Mo store #1574 for any car issues!!!
