I had such a great experience getting my oil change today. The entire team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and efficient. They had a beautiful, comfortable place for me to sit and relax while I waited, and the service only took about 15 minutes because there were so many helpful staff members working together. They even took time to give me helpful advice and genuinely asked about my day, which made the experience feel very personal. I am truly impressed with the level of service and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

I had my car checked out because I'm taking a trip. They changed the oil and checked the fluids, brakes, tires and lights and replaced the wipers and cabin filter. I paid less than I thought I would!

Aaron at Jiffy lube is awesome! My car was leaking oil on the way back from Branson and we stopped and got great service from the guys at Jiffy! With women traveling alone in a emergency situation, they eased our nerves enough to make it home.

Always enjoy every time I come into get an oil change or anything needed for a vehicle. Aaron and Jerry are doing a great job here and I greatly appreciate their customer service but also the ability to get you in and out and get you back on the road in no time. The facility looks amazing. The waiting area for customers if you have a little bit longer services are nice, but also you have the ability to watch your vehicle being worked on as well. So I give this place 10 stars if I could check them out if you need anything for your vehicle.

Visited Jiffy Lube late 15 minutes before they closed. The guys took really good care of me and let me know that I was three quarts low on oil. Basically saved me from a destroyed engine. Landon and Aaron were true gentleman and did everything possible to ensure my truck was good to go. Thank you

The customer service was genuinely excellent, and we truly appreciated the experience overall—especially because of Riki. His demeanor was very pleasant, professional, and welcoming, and the educational aspect of the service really stood out. Riki took the time to clearly explain what was being done, helped us understand the services, and communicated in a way that showed his priority wasn’t just the car itself, but making sure it was properly serviced and that we felt confident throughout the process. It was very evident through the way Riki interacted with us that he genuinely cares about customers, not just completing a task. That level of care gave me real confidence to return here for future service needs. He represents the business extremely well and deserves recognition from ownership and management for his professionalism and customer-focused approach. There were, however, a couple of areas that could be improved. First, I had the impression that I had an appointment scheduled for a specific time and even called ahead to confirm, but it appeared that the appointment notification had not been received. This created some initial confusion and could be frustrating for customers planning their day around an appointment. The second issue involved pricing transparency. I was quoted a certain price on the website, but the final total ended up being $30 or more higher than the quoted amount. That difference is significant and should be clearly communicated upfront. Online pricing should accurately reflect total service costs—including taxes and fees—so customers can properly budget without surprise increases. Overall, the service—particularly from Riki—was excellent. With clearer appointment communication and accurate, transparent pricing online, this would be an outstanding experience.
