Fast and simple

My change oil light came on, and I decided to look for somewhere closer to home and found the Jiffy Lube in Nixa. What a pleasant experience, they didn't try to up sale , showed me my oil options. Every person there was very pleasant and respectful right down to opening the door for me. Thank you for a great experience, would definitely recommend you.

Went today to get my oil changed and honestly, I had the best experience while having a. The team was amazing. They had great customer service. Their knowledge was wonderful very friendly and I was either there less than 20 minutes. I have warranty oil changes and they were awesome at explaining things very kindly to me. I wish I would have gotten their name the young woman and two men I will be back many times. I definitely recommend this location. The prices are not that bad either.

They checked on my cabin air filter and when replacing my glove box, they put it on incorrectly and now it’s messed up

I really appreciate the team at this store. They took care of me with repairing a tire, and I will be going back to them to have the tire replaced. They were extremely attentive and willing to help. You know if they’re willing to replace a tire instead of just trying to sell you a new one then you can trust them. Super nice crew.
