This is the second time I have been to this particular Jiffy Lube. The staff all always friendly and very knowledgeable. Duane and Naomi were great and really shared some great information in regards to my tires. I have somewhat of a slow leak in my back right tire and they suggested what I needed to do. This will be my forever "To Go To Place" for anything dealing with my vehicle. Thank You All For All You Do! Peace & Blessings ????

this location made a mistake on an oil change, but mistakes happen. why I am leaving this review is because of the kindness and professionalism of the GM Dominick. He heard me out, was patient with my frustration and made it right. highly recommend this shop.

Did not see anyone checking air in tires, or cabin filter and says checked lights, that never happened. Air filter checked, didn’t happen either. How do you check battery? Not sure if this goes with oil change but it’s on the invoice #53904938. Also, have drips of oil in my garage which didn’t have before, maybe from spill? Will keep an eye on. Hey, you asked.. Dominic and Lee were extremely helpful after another location told me I had an issue they couldn’t help me with. I brought it to the Lake St. Louis location and everything was taken care of and explained directly to me. This is the only location I’ll be coming to from now on.

I can’t remember the last time I had this positive of an experience having my oil changed. This team is professional, thorough, and fun to be around! Highly recommend them.

Easy oil change and very helpful staff!

I had such a great experience at the Jiffy Lube in Lake St. Louis. So many team members helped me, and everyone was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. You can really tell they all work together… the whole process was quick, smooth, and professional. It’s rare to find such kind, hardworking people all in one place. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
