I had a wonderful experience at Jiffy Lube on Linwood. I was able to drive right in with no wait! The gentleman who worked on my vehicle, and the management staff were very courteous and gave great customer service. They explained every part of the service in detail before the service was done to ensure that nothing was missed, and that I knew everything I was paying for. They topped off fluids, cleaned my windshield and windows, and changed my air filter. 10/10 stars!! I would absolutely recommend this location for an oil change!!

When I pulled up to the door, a gentleman walked right up to me & greeted me with a smile. He asked what he could do for me & explaining the options clearly & professional. The lady that was at the desk was very friendly & explained my charges clearly. She also explained the top off process. This is something I had never been told about before. I Appreciate That So Much! Thank You!

These guys are great! They run a clean, efficient, and professional shop. They are straightforward with pricing and needed maintenance rather than silly up charges. A shop cat would make them that much cooler, but that’s just me. Highly recommend!
