Very nice and good service.

Great service, very knowledgeable! I knew i needed an oil change and I had a vibration when braking. The guys worked diligently to check all sources for the issue not just charge me for all possible fixes. I really appreciate the constant check ins with me to make sure how I wanted to proceed.

They changed my headlight with no problem!

I went and had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube in Joplin, it was the absolute best experience that I have ever had getting my oil changed. Hector, Dale, Jason, Dillion and Tristin (the night crew) helped me above and beyond!! Not only did they provide a perfect service but they also gave me great knowledge with my vehicle. I would highly recommend to have any of your vehicle needs done at Jiffy Lube, Thank you guys so much for all your great help??!!!

5 star service. I was greeted warmly and promptly when I arrived. I came to get my A/C fixed and they told me there was one ahead so it would be about an hour wait. They held my spot in line while I left to run an errand. I was offered a drink and the (manager i think) made me a cup of coffee and brought it to my seat. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. They had my vehicle fixed in no time and it just turned out to be a fuse! Did not charge me anything for fixing it and now I have ice cold A/C. Best service I have ever received at a shop, they have earned my business from here on out.

The guys there are amazing, they really helped me out a lot by showing me how to take the "requires oil change" light off my dash, for the future, because I no longer get free oil changes, I have to do them myself. They taught me something very helpful. Thank you guys! You were amazing!

They always take great care of me and help however they can. This last time I went after putting off an oil change for way to long and I showed up 15 minutes before they closed and they still a Squeezed me in and gave me the same care as if they had all day. They stayed late and told me about an issue with my car and explained how I could even fix that small issue myself very easily. I appreciate the work they do.

Keith was the most AMAZING help when my skid plate started to come off. He got us in right away, taken care of, and sent on our way. He truly is the sweetest person I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Keith and his team are truly hardworking and truly amazing. I recommend them if you ever need any help.
