The employees where very nice and they try really hard to get u in and out and they talk to u what all is going on with your car thank u jiffy lube

Fast, friendly, shared what maintenance was suggested. No pressure to make repairs. Excellent price. Usually when you show up in a BMW, pricing goes to page 2 pricing. Not here. Thanks guys.

Our vehicle is foreign & requires special filter& fluids. They was still able to get us done quickly. BEAN kept us well informed of what our vehicle repairs were and how much the cost would be. Very friendly staff! Very clean bathrooms for a garage! Free water, coffee & Wi-Fi while you wait. Great experience!

We were driving cross country and having some engine troubles - stressful stuff. The guys here provided friendly, fast service! Keith was awesome and so funny. We could tell we were in good hands from the very beginning. This is the place you want to be if you’re having an issue.

They got us out of jam on our roadtrip! The check oil light came on 20 miles out. Keith, Tim, and Valentino checked every thing out , topped off the oil, and got us back on the road within an hour. Highly recommend for you oil changing needs, The shop is set up to do tires, alignments, and brakes. Thankful for the help!

George and Keith at the Joplin Jiffy Lube are absolutely amazing. Best customer service, and support, EVER! Came all the way from TX, and was worried about my car. They looked it over, and jumped right into action, getting me/my car in and out in under 15min!!! Made sure I was safe for my return trip!

Great service! Walked me through step by step on what they were doing. Even checked my air cabin filter which no other place bothered doing. And yes it was filthy. Would definitely recommend them!

Took my car in Friday for a much needed oil change as well as whatever was needed after 85K miles! I knew it was needed! They showed me every detail manufacturer recommended service.. filters that needed replacement- condition of brake fluid - flushed, transmission topped off... an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
