I came in to get an Emissions test and Mr. Charles educated me on Safety test as well. Something I had no clue about. He did both test with ease and was very polite with a great sense of humor! So Thank You Mr. Charles!! ????????

I went to go get an emissions test done and Charles gave great customer service and was nice I always come to jiffy lube to get oils changes as well I just like coming here they’re always nice! But if you need an emissions done or oils change or whatever come to jiffy lube!

Arrived at the New Halls Ferry location. Assoc came out to greet me asked what services I was there for. 5 min later pulled in got oil changed and an inspection. Was ready in under 45 mins! Love this Inand Out!
