Great service, great staff

The man working the front desk today was exceptional! I wish I remembered his name but I hope the company sees this and looks it up. It was in Columbia, Missouri at the Worley location. He was deeply kind and so friendly. I will be going to Jiffy Lube for my oil changes from now on.

Needed a head light changed and the guys got me in and out within 10mins. Super polite and friendly as well. Thanks for the great service!

The entire staff here is friendly and I felt like they took me and my problems seriously. I don't always feel that way interacting with service providers as a young woman... :') There was always a communicated emphasis on making sure my car was safe for me to drive. I'm giving them a 4 star because I had to wait longer than initially thought for an air filter to be brought from another store; however, they apologized for the delay. Otherwise, it was a great experience. The staff were professional, kind and respectful.

I drove my daughters car up on a Saturday morning with a check engine light on, and the car shaking in low gears. She was heading down the highway later that day, and i knew it had to get fixed. They got us right in. Diagnosed the problem (fried plug wires). Fixed it and then gave us a student discount. In and out in 2 hours. My daughter thought I was her hero, but jiffy lube did it all. Thanks for making me look good and keeping my daughter safe on the interstate.

I needed a safety inspection TODAY. My regular place said August 3. I went Jiffy Lube and I was out in an hour. They replaced a brake light and turned off a low tire pressure light.

These guys were fantastic. The staff there were so respectful and respectable. From their kindness to their professionalism to just how they handled me as a customer. It's the little things too, they look you in the eye, firm handshakes, and hold the door for you. Jiffy Lube in Columbia is a class act, and they well earned my repeat business.

I had my transmission fluid changed and tires rotated. Previously I visited them and the advisor with his skills and knowledge, didn’t recommend a transmission fluid change on my previous car. They are all amazing and professional. They are friendly and they make you car as well as your day with their friendly attitude and behavior.

I had been calling around elsewhere for hours to get an oil change. I went to a nearby auto shop who was extremely busy. I came to this location and no other cars were there at the time. They told me to pull in as soon as I got there. They asked what services I needed & they would get me taken care of. They called me up to get my information & about 12 minutes later they were done with my vehicle. This was excellent service & I will be going back.
