Travis Justin Zee Were extremely helpful !! Great work, quick, and very nice. There was a nest in my air filter areas and they made sure to vacuum all of it out for me. My car is old and needs a lot of TLC. They gave me advice on touch up paint as well. Made sure I got my discount too! Really awesome and made sure I knew that I could get an oil top off when I need it next.

Rochawn and Zee were amazing! So friendly! They showed me my air filter and said it did not need to be changed at this time. This action created so much trust. I have not had this great of customer service in such a long time. Excellent place to come!

Absolutely fantastic service, despite an issue that my car raised. Helpful, friendly workers that do not make you feel stupid. Instead it is obvious from the start that they want to actually help you and not take advantage. For sure will be using Jiffy Lube forever after my experience tonight. Between this location and the one off of Clarkson/100, I am totally sold.

I just had a great experience with justin.The team lead, I always come here.You guys always take very good care of me.But he topped it all off for me.Today I was having a rough day.He made me laugh and smile.Great customer service and as always.I will be back

Outstanding in all areas of service. Rochawn who is the manager explained in detail my services needed. His brother Zed greeted me with a smile and felt I knew him a long time. Definitely recommend coming to the Arnold location.

These guys are great! Very polite, quick service, no charge for air in tires or battery check. Highly recommend.

The guy were super cool, didn't pester or attempt to pressure me into buying anything. I didn't have a wait where the other oil change place down the street had a 25 minute wait. I was in, out, and gone in less than 20 mins (almost reminds me of highschool prom).

Great place! Went for an oil change and they really had me in and out quick. Everyone there was very kind and super courteous! Love that I didn't have to even get out of my car. Shout out to the whole crew, but especially Lucas because he somehow made the experience fun. Thank you everyone!

WOW! The manner of managing my automobile's needs was done with military like precision. Jeremy, the Arnold Missouri Jiffy Lube General Manager, stood at the computer and verbally communicated with each Tech as they performed service. One Tech inside at the wheel, one outside the vehicle checking lighting functions, and one below inspecting and performing the oil change. I totally felt that Jiffy Lube was in control of my vehicle's needs!!

Arnold Mo, has really good service they were friendly didn’t try to over sell me just gave me the recommendation for my car . Their customer service was outstanding. I would definitely use there services again .

Tom and Adrian did a great job servicing my Enterprize Fleet vehicle for AccuLevel. He used the correct oil and hand torqued the lugs on the vehicle. Top notch service with a smile; can't ask for anything better than that!
