Service was good. I did notice it seemed like they overtorqued my bolts on my air filter and two of them are now snapped off. I asked about five times about my $10 off coupon. Now that I finally stopped and actually looked at my paperwork and my transaction they did not take off my $10 off coupon. So I'll feel very switch and baited on that one. It would be nice if somebody would reach out and offer me a free oil change for the ability of not being able to add the coupon plus plus breaking two of my airbox screws because I have a k&n filter and do not wish to go away from a k&n filter. They used a heavy impact to put my air box screws back on and now two are broke off.

I checked the website for this Jiffy. Lube, and when it was less busy than usual, I raced over, I was in and out in 20 minutes, Zee was most accommodating. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. I will be back

Quick and fast experience service was terrific

My car was leaking oil and they helped me out big time. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem for me, and in general were very reasonable in their dealings with me. Everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process, so I am grateful to them for helping to make the best out of a bad situation.

The service man who helped me, checked on so much and made sure I did not have work completed that was unnecessary.

My car battery needed a jump in a neighboring parking lot to this Jiffy Lube and I went in to ask if they had jumper cables I could purchaser or use - they sent two employees Christian and Brendan over to my car with a vehicle and they jumped it for me and were incredible kind and beyond helpful. This team has wonderful people and they truly made my day and a stressful situation feel easy - a big thank you to Christian and Brendan!!

They were super fast and showed what you needed. Didn't try to force upsell you were very friendly and did I say they were really fast

Stopped in for oil level check and free top-off. Also, checked and filled tires with air on cold day. Wonderful guys and service. Fast service.

Took my daughter's car there and they did everything she needed done from battery replacement to tire rotation. Very pleased with the service.

I’m very grateful to everyone at Jiffy Lube on County Road C W in Roseville this morning. I was on my way to work when got a flat tire message from my car, I was so scared that I was going to break down on the side of the road, so I drove to this jiffy lube. I was almost in tears when I got there, but everybody there was so helpful get me in and out of there in no time and I made it to work safely. I’m very appreciative to you all. Have a wonderful weekend.
