The Maplewood team is great! The shop is next to Maplewood Mall and is accommodating, friendly and so helpful. They all work as a team and it's just a great experience always going to the shop. I have and always recommend this Jiffy Lube to people.

I've only been to Valvoline before. This was my first time visiting Jiffy Lube, and honestly, I had a better experience here than I did at Valvoline

Fast: didn't have an appt but they fit me in right away. Friendly, and didn't try to upsell me when telling me about potential needed services.

Came in with an oil change and came out with 2 major issues. Even though they aren’t able to fix it. I am glad for the information addressed before anything bad happened. I’ll definitely come here again. The staff are super helpful and friendly. Here’s some pictures of one of the issues were. 1. Oil drain plug wasn’t installed properly from Another oil chain place from years ago.

My experience at Jiffy Lube in Maplewood was A positive one. Service was efficient and friendly. The customer service was excellent! Andrew was engaging and represented the company professionally.

Service here was absolutely incredible, i had gotten a flat tire right across the street at the maplewood mall, simply saw the building, went over and asked about it to see if they had a jack and within 30 min Ted the manager got me in and fixed it up himself. Incredible service, incredible people.
