Rapids service in under 15 minutes and excellent communication.

I had an amazing experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Bennie, CJ, and Dave. They were incredibly kind, professional, and took the time to walk me through everything they found during my inspection. When it came to my brakes, they didn’t just tell me they needed attention, they actually showed me what the rotor looked like when it was removed and explained why the repairs were necessary, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed or pressured. I really appreciated how honest and transparent they were throughout the entire process. It’s not always easy to find a shop that makes you feel comfortable and informed, but these three went above and beyond. Their customer service was outstanding, and it was clear they genuinely cared about making sure my car was safe. If you’re looking for a place with knowledgeable technicians who treat you with respect and take the time to explain things, I highly recommend asking for Bennie, CJ, and Dave. Thank you all for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one!

I went to the Eden Prairie location today and I have to say the guys working here are a class act. Great service, didn't try to push me into any additional services and in and out in a very timely fashion. Made me aware that the air filter was dirty but didn't push me at all. Great guys, great service. I told the guy that took my payment that they need to add an optional tip because I would have. Unfortunately I didn't have any cash because I would've bought them all lunch.

Let me tell you their customer service is A1 very friendly. I would definitely recommend this location. I think his name Odom I do apologize if I spelled it wrong and Robert, I like to thank you guys from the bottom of my heart you guys are very generous and I so appreciate you guys highly recommend definitely will be coming back

It would’ve been 5 stars if it wasn’t for this bobble head! He works very clumsy like and was too attentive to his phone, dropping my oil cap to my car which fell in between my car, not paying attention. I can say Odin and Dmonte made sure I was taken care of at the end. I asked politely for the male in the photo AKA bobble head to stop working on my car because when I asked, what did he drop he became sassy and smart with me. Maybe it was his first day who knows but bobble head need to take a few more training classes and brush up on some skills. He had me clutching my pearls during the entire 15 minutes. I’m from Memphis and one thing I don’t play about is my car that I worked hard for. Other than that the service was fast and convenient.

Haunting the Haunts stopped by before a 13-hour trip to investigate the haunted Broadwell Funeral Home in Falicity, Ohio. Upon arrival, the technician was very welcoming, smiling and providing appropriate guidance. They offered services for my Subaru that I hadn't considered, which turned out to be necessary. I appreciated the fact that I felt I had a choice in the services offered, with no pressure to buy anything. The technicians were informative and honest. Harley Black and the entire HtH crew will be stopping by here before every investigation trip.

The staff was friendly, got me in and out fast. Zee was great, explained the different oil options and made the process easy!

They efficient and very friendly. I didn't have to wait also, they offered the right service without pushing for other unnecessary things. I did change the oil for the GMC and all went good.

Was greeted promptly. Guys were very professional. Zee helped me out and nothing felt pushy at all. Actually recommended it was not time to replace engine filter. We did however replace the cabin filter. Overall an A+ feeling of professionalism and customer service. I will be back

If I could rate this a negative 5 I would. Brought my Audi in for a typical oil change and as expected the guys working put the bottom skid plate on wrong and while driving home half of it fell to ground on the highway ruining it. KP the manager said he would take care of it. After now almost two months of visits and calls nothing has been remedied. The manager is a joke and so is this business. He said he would call back— didnt. Said he would take care of it— didnt. Time for a lawsuit. **UPDATE** on 7/23. Yesterday Jiffy Lube made whole on their promise to fix and replace the splash guard and it is fixed. I bumped the rating from 1 to 4 stars because they fixed it— but only after significant persistence from me over 2 months. That should never have happened and they should have done it within a few weeks at most of the issue. Case closed. Moving on.

I was desperate for a rotation without an appointment and 5.5 hours from home. My problem and no one else's but I had to try. I checked with many places and was losing hope. My husband, at home, was helping to find a place and sent me directions to this JL saying, "If you go in now, they can do it.". I was so thankful to him, and them. When I pulled into the garage, these three guys were standing there like they'd been waiting for me, ready to take care of what I needed. They were friendly and didn't make me feel like I was putting them out at all. One of them was already on the job before I even closed my door. It was done before I knew it and they were telling me to drive safely. The only bad thing is that there was no option to tip while paying with a card, and I had no cash. Oh and this might seem minor but not to me-- after using the bathroom I came out to the waiting room and told the guy that there were no paper towels and that I really didn't care because they were doing me such a big favor. He actually thanked me for letting him know and within a minute or two he was refilling the dispenser. This just isn't how it is in a lot of places. People seem like they hate their job and give you attitude, so when someone is friendly and does their job well, it is noticed and appreciated! Thanks again Brian, Brian and young, quiet guy!
