Fast and efficient service on an extremely hot day.

Doug the General manager was amazing in and out in 15 minutes!!!!

I just stopped by to get my oil changed, had a problem with my oil pan that was not caused by Jiffy Lube, Nico handled it so professionally, he stayed calm and was very quick to problem solve. I was starting to get stressed because I had a client I needed to get to, when became aware of that, He stayed calm, was quick to problem solve and was able to put a temporary fix on it so I could get on my way. He ordered the part I need and was very fair with the price. I will be going back next week to have them put the new part on my car. I highly recommend them, in all my years of getting oil changes. I’ve never been treated with such fairness and respect. Thank you Nico for respecting my time and turning what could have been a half day problem, into about 30 minutes.

I want to recognize John, KP, and Khalil at Jiffy Lube Store #1371 in Bloomington for providing outstanding service during my visit on July 7, 2026. All three were professional, courteous, and worked efficiently from start to finish. Despite the heat and humidity, they stayed focused, worked tirelessly, and maintained a positive attitude throughout the entire service. Their teamwork, work ethic, and commitment to providing excellent customer service did not go unnoticed. Please recognize John, KP, and Khalil for their hard work and dedication. They are a great representation of Jiffy Lube, and I truly appreciate the excellent experience they provided.

Nicco did a fantastic job on my car. He changed my oil quickly and professionally, and went above and beyond by cleaning up the spilled oil that was on my vehicle. His attention to detail and pride in his work really stood out. If you need a reliable, thorough mechanic, Nicco is the one to go to.

This location has a good team. I needed an oil change and with my busy schedule needed it done right away. After four other companies/shops turned me down telling me to come back tomorrow because they will be closing in two hours I couldn't believe why they would turn away a potential repeat customer. On my way home I tried one more shop knowing it would be closing in less than an hour. I couldn't believe it. I pulled up and was greeted instantly and asked if I could get a quick oil change in and the guy literally without hesitation said, pull it up, we'll take care of you. This was the second time I got my oil changed at this location and all I can say is that without a doubt hands down will never consider any other shop. I hope all of those four companies that turned me away from a simple oil change last minute realize that at the end of the day they lost a customer to Jiffy Lube on Penn avenue in Bloomington, MN. I'll be back.

Every time I go get any service done to my car, they are all extremely helpful and friendly! There is a guy there named Nicco, he is so helpful and knowledgeable and the price is reasonable!

David, Thor, and team took the best care of me and my car this afternoon! They certainly went above and beyond— I could not have asked for better service. The new cabin air filter did come loose but I was able to easily fix when I got home. Thanks again!

Been going to the Jiffy Lube in Bloomington off Penn for a bit now and I HIGHLY recommend them. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I always get in and out quickly knowing that the job is done right. Their recommendations are on point and I don't ever feel pressured. (Unlike other places that have serviced my car!)

In and out will definitely go back. Expensive maybe 100 bucks for oil change not sure if that's the norm...when I got home I saw cheaper price somewhere else..but the timing of being quick Made it Worth it maybe because last time I did dealership and bout an hr plus wait maybe so depends.

I came in because my tire had just popped on the road, they were quick to help me find the issues and because the leak was so large they put my spare tire on for me. The service was free even though I asked them to charge me! they were all so kind and helpful!

I came with an issue with my tires, I couldn't afford anything at the moment , and yet, I was guided to try different options to see which one fits with me. At the end, I was able to choose without feeling ashamed

If I could give 6-7 out of 5, I absolutely would. Came in with a busted tire and they got a new one ordered for me right away, told me Friday it would be there Monday (no problem, I can wait). But I work multiple jobs, I don't have time to come in during business hours. So they opened up EARLY BEFORE SCHOOL to fix my tire so I wouldn't miss any work!!! Absolutely stellar work, stellar people, and the new tire looks great!!!

They do an amazing job of communicating issues potential future problems before they manifest, and leave the power with the consumer in a way that makes them feel respected and taken care of. This is by far the best Jiffy location in the twin cities!

Nicko and David are definitely a credit to this business! I got a full oil change, they aired up my tires, check my other fluid levels and I even got a new air filter for less than $150! It's a good feeling to get such great service without breaking the bank, and I must say I will definitely be back!

The Jiffy Lube team here was amazing and helped me out of a jam the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. My parents' second car had a dead battery that I had to jump twice over the course of the morning while out running errands. The guys at this location had me in and out within about 10-15 minutes with a replacement battery. Super friendly and great, quick service. Even had time to still meet my family for lunch!

Nico and Thor were sweet enough to make me feel welcome after my splash shield wasn’t reattached properly and was dragging. Even though the issue was due to another unrelated company they were kind enough to help me out. What I really liked is that they didn’t talk bad about the other company instead told me to go easy on them as it happens. I really appreciate them alleviating my stress. I left there in a great mood and I think I’ll be back there for my oil changes in the future. Thanks guys!!

I initially went in to get my back tired filled and Nico pointed out that my front tires needed to be replaced (which I knew, but dreaded getting done) but he made the process easy as can be and the price was great! He definitely went above and beyond for service, and will be back for brakes and rotors. Also, want to thank Thor for the installation of the tire he was not only quick but thorough. Overall the team at this location works great together, thank you again!

Had a great experience today at Jiffy Lube in Bloomington. I was able to get right in and have my battery checked after having another company not being able to do so last week because they were "understaffed". Turned out, I did need a new battery. Got the work done quickly and efficiently. Thank you, Nicco and team!
