I was very pleased with their work. The lady did an amazing job and took great pride in everything she did. She was professional, hardworking, and clearly cared about delivering excellent results on working on my truck. I would highly recommend her.

This review is for the ludington Mi location. It was a Saturday at noon when I found a nail in my tire. Couldn’t find anyone around town that was open or said they were too busy. Called Jiffy Lube and the gal said sure bring it in. I took off the tire brought in and Sienna took it and did the repair. She was super friendly and did a great job. Done and out of there in 15 minutes. Very reasonable also. Thanks for saving the day.

This was my second time using Jiffy Lube in Ludington and both times were very good experiences Having a place that can not only offer oil changes but also tire rotation ion the weekend helps me greatly Staff has been helpful and friendly and would encourage anyone who needs their services to go and not be worried about any bad experiences

Tim & Sienna are absolute GEMS and this is the best Jiffy Lube and best oil exchange experience I’ve ever had. They were fun, funny, cheerful, and helpful. Highly recommended and I’ll never go anywhere else!

Very impressed with the service! First time customer- the staff was kind, efficient, and thorough. As a woman, it can be tough to find an experience that isn't condescending, and the environment was very welcoming and straightforward.

We had a brake hose blow being 40 minutes away from home. They were the ONLY auto shop open and we were at a loss on what to do, they happened to be just down the road from where it happened and even though they were slammed they were able to get us in and get us fixed up and the price was SO CHEAP! Anywhere else would’ve charged me an arm and a leg for such a quick fix! Such friendly service and made me feel very well taken care of, will definitely be returning whenever I have any issues!

They did a great job! My oil filter was not a “stock” item, so they ordered it and it arrived while I waited. They were all friendly and kind, provided top notch service, and gave my puppy two milk bones while we waited!

Stopped at Miejer and purchased an air gauge. The air tire service machine charged our card, but did not provide air for our low tires. Plan B. Stopped at jiffy lube and Steve welcomed us with his great customer service provided free air, and a piece of mind for our 3 hour road trip back home.
